The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of pillows. Bottled water provided. Ice was available from the coffee stand, which served Starbucks. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The pool was outdoor and unheated. The hot tub was not functioning. Both were unclean and unusable.

It started with the check in. No explanation to where the room was. Expedia benefits not respected. Plates and dishes in front of other rooms were in the corridor all night and not taken away. Carpets are dirty. The room was clean however. Would not stay there again.

I always stay in this hotel in my trips to Saltillo. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The rooms are not clean, some things like the shower or tv do not work properly. The location is very good, and the public areas like restaurant and pool are ok too, but the rooms are not good as they used to be in the past.

Orlando at the front desk was extremely accommodating in helping me find the hotel after my GPS sent me to the wrong place. This is my first time staying here and I like this hotel much better than the City Express I use in Monterrey!

There was a centipede in my room. Yep… a centipede. The bed sheets had something weird. Almost like someone had a fun time there and none washer it. Terrible experience.

Fiesta inn is in a great location and very easy to get to. Service is horrible- it’s as if every staff member is new and could not answer simple questions or guide us to a reliable person. Nothing is explained during check in. This hotel is not suitable for international guests. Will never stay here again.

I being in this property 3 times before and was okay but this time everything was different : the room cleanness is very poor, at the room was only 1 towel and the white towels don’t look white more less like grayish and very rough, no soap, no drinking water, no coffee maker, the bed hard as a rock, we called the front desk and requested towels and water I won’t come back to this Place any more the whole property is like 2 star hotel we always stay in Saltillo when we travel to Mexico but next time we will book in a different hotel

Good stay overall. Cleaning personnel were not wearing face masks, however, even though in Mexico very few people are vaccinated for COVID-19 and the government recommends that all people be masked indoors at least.
