Property was old and dingy. Grey Towels. Cockroach Coffee machine air conditioning unit not working. Restaurants food is not fresh but frozen and food cooked n the microwave. Entrance smells, has a fowl odor like sewer. Too Pricey for the over all conditions of the property

Marriot's Noise/Party is inexistent. The room next door hosted a "Team Party" and had well over 6 people who continuously kept slamming the room's door, shouting, and dribbling balls through 1:00am. We had to call the hotel's lobby/helpdesk 3 times with no resolution.

The good and not so good…
Good location, pet friendly, great breakfast. Beds are comfortable. Facility in poor condition. Wallpaper bubbling off the walls poorly installed around outlets, sprinklers, etc. would have been much better just to paint. Hallways dimly lit, shabby and smelly. Sheraton should be ashamed of this property. This facility could be so much better!

The rooms are nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The bed is awesome as well as the bathroom. The quality is a cut above the rest. I love that they offer room service so you don't have to leave your room once you get in - especially nice after a long day of driving. Small but sufficient areas to walk your dogs. Guarded parking lot.

Almost 5 stars
This hotel is my go to spot in Saltillo. The staff is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty. The only negatives; dimly lit rooms, lack of variety on their restaurant menu, and the property is older and could use some upgraded maintenance. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Super stay
This hotel is my go to stay in Saltillo. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. The safety is remarkable. The only negative is this is a dated property and could use some maintenance. But everything works, the room is very clean, and the amenities are excellent. Don't forget to get your free beer.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Like most other hotels in the area it is an older hotel, but at half of the price of my other hotel it is a great value. Would stay there again.

Stayed here after a long drive from Austin, Tx with two young kids. It has everything you’d want after a long drive…comfy beds, secure parking, restaurant on site with a play room for kids, gym and pool. Would recommend for all travellers.

Hotel is run down, dingy and uncomfortable
Stayed here for 1 night with 2 small dogs (miniature poodle and a bichon). I was given a room very far in the back, The hallway to the room is dingy, dark, old. The room had 2 midiocre double beds and bad pillows. The room was dirty, dark, very old. The bathroom had almost no water pressure. The restaurant was way over priced with limited menu our waiter spent most of his time staring at his phone. The only good thing is the fairly secure parking.
