The Internet was not working during the hole stay. Air conditioning on the reception not working properly. Room was not in good condition. Old items, not properly functioning. Bed was comfortable. No good view. I will never come back and I don’t recommend.

Perfectly fine apart from breakfast.
Hotel is fine, clean, modern, quite and nice facilities only downside is breakfast which leaves a lot to be desired, personally I'm happy with some eggs, toast and coffee which they have but not a lot more.

Very very dated hotel, the gym is not like the photos almost no equipment and the equipment that is there does not really work well. There had been wind and so the outdoor pool was open but bits of the roof kept falling off - not safe. The room was very old and again dated. The breakfast itself was nice but the restaurant is in an old room with freezing air conditioning. You have to pay for everything even if you want to use a fork! The best part was the ladies working on the front desk who were very friendly and helpful

Towels were disgusting. They should have been discarded a long time ago. Flush did not work properly. Soap was of the worst possible quality. Installations are old, worn and dark.

As únicas coisas boas desse hotel são a localidade e o tamanho do quarto. Check in e check out demorados (ficamos quase 30min esperando na fila pra fazer o check in), funcionários com mau treinamento.Nos quartos mais altos a internet não funcionou nenhum dia. Minha esposa precisou descer pro Lobby pra fazer uma reunião. Ficamos 1 dia com água fria no chuveiro até arrumarem o problema. O estacionamento é rotativo mas no check in eles não avisam isso e descobrimos da pior forma. Quando chegamos à noite simplesmente não tinha mais vagas disponíveis e o carro precisou dormir na rua. Mas o que mais influenciou nossa estadia foi que precisávamos esquentar um pouco a mamadeira da minha filha pra ela tomar o leite e simplesmente disseram que não era possível. Tipo, qual hotel não tem uma cozinha com microondas que o hóspede possa usar?? Enfim, acho que na redondeza tem hotéis com a mesma faixa de valor e que possuem um tratamento ao hóspede muito melhor que este.

The staff was horrible. From the check in we spent a lot of time. The worst was not warm a bottle of milk for my daughter… unacceptable the way the staff was rude and unprepared. The hotel is old need repair. The garage is a nightmare and you cannot even find an available spot. The breakfast is terrible too. Please don’t waste your money in this horrible hotel.

Catfish
This hotel was a catfish. It had great reviews, the gym looked big, it had a lovely outdoor area, large rooms. Upon arrival they were having some sort of issue with the wifi, and the keys to the room. The panels were off the locks and a key needed to be used. Then there was no deadbolt, no door knob or lock on the bathroom door. The next day they provided us with wifi which was spotty at best. The staff didn’t even care. The gym had equipment that wasn’t functioning, there was water leaking from somewhere on the floor in pools. Even on our last day we tried to use the wifi which was working somewhat well to get a Uber so we didn’t need to turn our phones on and it just magically stopped working on the main floor. When we asked the front desk. We were met with an I don’t know, which for the 10th time felt much more like I don’t care. Wouldn’t recommend.

Massive room, very clean. The pool is great and also the gym. Lots of options for food on the room service. 100% a great experience for me.

Comfortable rooms and great breakfast
I liked my staying at Sotero. The room are very spacious, the bed is comfortable, it is a king size. The only complaint is about locker and the power dc. The locker wasnt working properly. And some powers wasnt working too. But overall, I would return staying at Sotero. The breakfast is great. The location is great, it is easy to get from airport. You have just to get out at Pernambues Station.

Sotero great place
Sotero is a very nice place with a great buffet breakfast. Big rooms, close to the beach, and comfortable beds. Great view of the city and an amazing exercise room and pool on the roof. Would stay again for sure.

The property is in an excellent location, near to the biggest shopping center, grocery store, and other services. I was greatly disappointed during most of my stay the gym and pool and sauna was unavailable, even though I paid for the most luxurious room rate the hotel offers. The hotel isn’t new, but it’s clean. TV way too small for room size. Buffet breakfast was standard, nothing stood out as special. However the service left much to be desired. Janitress doesn’t come into your room unless you place a card on your door requesting service. Staff aren’t accustomed to bringing coffee and utensils to your No complementary water to drink when you first enter your room. Elevator malfunctioned. Bellman rarely available. Better training and more services are required before I can consider this property 4 stars.

Very modern inside and spacious bedroom. Elevator is super slow and hot. Pool is very small. We went up two days in a row and there was no room to lounge. 25 min drive away from Pelirhino.

The hotel was beautiful !
My room was exquisite a beautiful view of the city the breakfast that they serve there is excellent ,and my only complaint is that the windows were filthy and need to be cleaned other than that it was a Uber ride away from everything !!

Spacious room
Spent two nights in Salvador in this hotel. The room was very spacious despite the spare single that I had not requested. The location is ok (office buildings and big roads mainly) nothing spaecial, but ok area. Breakfast was good. Staff very attentive and polite.

Located near 3 big shopping malls, halfway between the airport and the historical center of Salvador, this hotel offers a pleasant stay, nice large rooms and a very nice breakfast buffet with cook-to-order eggs and omelets.

A little far away but nice hotel
A nice hotel to stay because it's in a good condition and room is comfortable and staffs were helpful. However the location is not so good - a bit far from everything. Although we get used the bus routes and taxi. We enjoyed our four days stay.
