Good location but bad Wifi and expedia payment

I liked the location and ambience of the hotel. But I didn't like that I had to pay it again even after paying an deposit via Expedia ( It seems that it happened to may people this week in the hotel). So I paid all and I need to wait to receive a receipt that I paid in the hotel by email as they didn't have how to give me in paper and it will take up to 5 days to receive a receipt via email to deal with it some kind of refund. Also the WiFi didn't work on my laptop on both nights I was there ( just on my mobile) but there was no IT person that could help me. Also didn't like the fact that I had 2 single beds which in the end I accepted as there was no other option. Anyhow it is a good location and hotel but maybe some issues didn't give me a good impression.

Over all good hotel, very clean, spacious room, excellent breakfast great front desk staff. Internet was disconnecting every 5 mins if you do not use it and low signal. If you want to order food, room Service very slow and do not understand English .
