Great location to the main train station!Posted Aug 25, 2014
Cons: We did not feel overly welcome, just tolerated.
The hotel is charming and clean. It is also very close to the main train station as well as the old center of town. The staff was very efficient and offered a lovely breakfast for 12 Euro's.

Pix give wrong impressionPosted Aug 17, 2014
This is a clean and ok hotel but the pictures make it look high-end, trendy and much nicer than it really is. It's on a relatively busy road and an area that is far enough from the Salzburg city center to make you forget you are in Salzburg.

2 nights b and b.Posted Aug 17, 2014
Situated on an ordinary street - no particular view from our room. Easy walk to Mirabel Gardens and then on to Old Town. Bus stop very near. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Bar and restaurant, we didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked well patronised. Facilities clean and adequate. Although on a busy street, we were not affected by traffic noise.

Wonderful stay; nice and clean; very comfy bedsPosted Aug 13, 2014
Cons: Prefer bar soap over the wall mounted liquid soap in the shower.
I love this hotel. 1st time stay in this hotel chain. Will definitely consider this hotel chain for accommodation on our next trip.

DisappointingPosted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Location: Well located
What genius decided to put a fitness room on the fourth floor. Our bedroom was directly under and if you like to lie in after 7am, forget it. We thought we were being woken by thunder. The ceiling shook with each thud. Eleven out of twelve wall lights were not working and room housekeeping was suspect. Room toiletries were half used on arrival and never replaced. Coffee cups were left unwashed and tea/coffee never replaced. Creaky wooden beds.

Value ok but far from thingdPosted Aug 4, 2014
My stay was mixed the room per say ok as was bath somewhat dated not really 4 star more a 3 i stAted 4 nights on the second day i had to specifically ask for maid service and had to ask for fresh towels after 2 days use and for her to make the bed. The facility on a traffic laden main street 25 min walk and 10€ taxi ride to center of town. AC worked well

Great HotelPosted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Bedroom, restaurant and quiet lounge. Also free wifi.
Nice hotel, near the train station and close to town. We booked a family room as we have two small children and we were very please with our room. It was really two bedrooms with a separate shower room and toilet. Nice restaurant and helpful staff. Sauna is very good too.

Good locationPosted Jul 26, 2014
Cons: Housekeeping and Air-conditioning
Excellent location close to the station and just outside the center. Based on the main road the only problem was the noise . The temp was hot but the air conditioning was noisy so we needed to open the window. Housekeeping was not the best.

Excellent position near station.Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Position, just out of town and great for station and airport and that staff left you alone unless you needed assistance.
Cons: Better pillow maybe but thats just being picky
Location: The immediate station area is not Salzburg's finest but there are plenty of supermarkets and there are wonderful walks into town
Ideal hotel for us for our week in Salzburg. Quarter of a hour stroll down to the old town and a variety of ways including through the Mirabell Gardens or along the river. Big room with three chairs, wardrobe and desk, plus decent sized fridge (there was an option to make it a mini bar but we used it for our own purchases) and very large bathroom/wet room, which included great shower and hairdryer. Could have done with non slip bath but that's another story! Staff were polite and responsive but not over fussy. The rooms were kept clean though we never saw a maid and though we tended to return and leave the hotel several times through the day were always treated kindly. I found it too late to use but as we left discovered a room off the general lounge we had not used, that contained a working internet set up complete with switched on and connected printer. Quiet (double windows in all rooms), convenient (a stroll into town plus a supermarket opposite), spacious and very reasonable. We did not check out the breakfast or dinner.
