Staff is excellent and everything is great. We stayed here for 3 nights. However, we found that the newly renovated bathrooms had a few things lacking that are typical for a 4-star hotel that we wish to mention to make it a 5-star experience. All these minor issues can be fixed if the owner or a manager spends a couple of nights in the room, including using the bathroom to realize the issues. These are obvious fixes that the person who uses the bathroom will realize the designer needs to fix.
1) the bathroom needs hooks behind the door. The towel rod is at the opposite end of the bathtub. How do you expect a person to reach their towel at the end of the shower?
2) for a 4-star hotel, please consider adding a body moisturizer bottle next to the mirror.
3) move the location of the hand soap closer to the sink to allow for easier access. Right now it is a stretch to reach with wet hands making the countertop wet in the process.
4) the bathtub is terribly designed for use of the hand shower. The knobs and shower head should typically be at the head or foot of the bathtub to allow for a person to stand sideways in the bathtub and shower. If the plumbing does not allow it, at least put the shower hook in a position where it does not get stuck in the shower handle. Move it to the other side.
