Hotel Mozart

Staff at Hotel were very obliging and showed interest in our visit. Great location.

The Mozart hotel is in a great location, with only a 5 minute walk to the old town but there were several restaurants right near the hotel. The front desk staff, especially Rene were amazing, suggesting great restaurants, parking, laundry facilities etc. We are on a lengthy road trip and these were the most comfortable beds yet.

This is a very good hotel centrally located ( within walking distance) of the major tourist areas of Salzburg

Our evening manager Renee was very friendly and helpful with lots of great advice on restaurants and places to see. We especially appreciated his tips on doing an overnight visit to Zell am See and on going to the Old Fox restaurant in Salzburg. The hotel is a convenient ten to fifteen minute walk from the train station and a ten-15 minute walk to the old city. The room and bed were comfortable. Would definitely go back again.

The location was close to shopping and activities. Their staff was helpful. The room was comfortable and included a bit of a view if the local mountains. Wifi was slow and only available in the lounge (which was beautifully decorated for Christmas)

We had a warm welcome when we arrived and as warm a farewell 4 days later. The hotel was comfortable and the room cleaning was speedy and efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety of food and was plentiful and the staff always friendly and polite. Rene was very happy to help with restaurant reservations and recommendations, all of which were good. We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Mozart very much.

This hotel is in a great location and an easy walk to city center. The rooms were not large but well maintained. We spent two nights here and would come back. Bruno at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledable. Rene was also helpful but I did not have as much interaction with him. I really felt like family staying at their hotel.

Good location, about 10 min walk to the heart ofbSalzburg old town (located across the river). Nice rooms in a reasonably quiet location. No breakfast.

The decor is understated, simple and restful. The staff are incredible. The room (upgraded) was beautifully proportioned and properly equipped/furnished. The breakfast is better than expected and elegantly presented by charming staff. The location is perfect. The only condescension to the Mozart madness going on elsewhere in the city was some tasteful music at breakfast. Loved it!

The room was nicely equipped and clean. Customer service was great as well. Takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel!
