Not worth it!Posted Sep 21, 2013
They charge the price of a 3 star but you get a one star hotel. What am I saying, it's Hostel advertised as an hotel. When we got there the bathroom was still full of hair from the previous customer, with old plastic cup not replaced and carbage can still contained female hygiene products!!! Even the towel had hair on it! Just avoid this place. We even got a dormitary rather than the room I booked at first. Internet didn't work at first and only one person seem to care enough to try to help.

Great price but just little farPosted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
I arrive there at 10pm because of the delayed of my flight. The check in time is until 10pm and while I arrived there was no people in the reception and it is written that if you have any problem, the reception hours is 0700-2200. So I checked in by myself by just taking my key on the reception desk. Then, I have to find my room by myself, lucky there was a Japanese gentleman living as the same room as mine, so I find my place. The hostel is new and has wifi in the public area. However, the location is a little bit far as I walked 20 minutes from the railway station with my 29' luggage.

Long weekend in SalzburgPosted Aug 29, 2013
Pros: Quiet, comfortable and good value. It also had lots of sports facilities which many would enjoy but we did not use on this occasion.
Cons: Better fruit juice for breakfast
Location: Out of the centre of town but a very pleasant riverside walk to it away from any traffic.
The Hotel was simple and basic but provided everything one needs. Room was clean quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was typical. Rolls cold meat and cheese, cereals, tinned fruit salad etc. Location was a mile or so from the centre but a very pleasant walk along the river bank foot path. Not so far from the station and had parking if one had driven there. Ideal. It was one of the few with room at a reasonable price and had availability during the Salzburg festival. I would recommend it to all the un pretentious who need a really good value place to stay. Staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Very good hotel for reasonable price in this very expensive city. Just 2 bus stops from the train station.

Good choice for large familiesPosted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: Location, cost, cleanliness.
Cons: It isn't a hotel but a great alternative for the budget minded traveler.
This is a cross between a hostel and a college dorm but it was reasonably priced, clean, withing walking distance to Old Town and offered a great breakfast for a cost. A limited supper was also offered but it wasn't very good.

Excellent value for moneyPosted Aug 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Most affordable way to have a night in Salzburg. The room was perfect for a family of four - clean and comfortable & breakfast on the veranda was excellent. Would recommend for a family on a budget.

Good for PricePosted Jul 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
For the price it is well worth it. Recommend at least fans in the rooms since there is no AC!
