“Loved it, wish I could live there”

I flew into Munich and got a rental car, which you must have if you stay here since you are not in the actual tourist area of saltzburg, free parking by the way, i got in late so just went straight to bed, to be honest the room is not any thing to brag about, kind of like a college dorm, but very very clean, which is most important for me, now when I woke up, wow a view of the lake with swans, breakfast in the schloss is amazing your in a room fit for a museam, with a great spread, the grounds are lovely, explore the different rooms, the library which has computers with internet free of charge is also a museam in and of its self, stay here one night, trust me you will love it, and one more thing the people who work there are some of the best

“Not impressed”

Rooms are comfortable but feel like a dorm. There is no wifi in the rooms. There is no restaurant in the hotel and the coffee shop doesn't sell any food (not even sandwiches). The location is not convenient if you don't have a car. Staff was friendly, The gardens and the palace are wonderfull. Breakfast was very good and in a beautiful setting. Global seminar was taking place and there were noisy students all over the place, the conference center (where the wifi was available) was always crowded, and during breakfast I felt I was intruding in some fraternity/sorority house.
