Although we sincerely regret reading that your stay at our Xëliter fell short of your expectations, we are grateful for the time you spent to share this feedback on your overall holiday experience among us. We apologize for the technical problems you encountered; we had a last-minute breakdown that was solved in approximately 30 minutes, which does not coincide with what you described in your comment that you were 2 days without water, we are aware of the failure and because of this we compensate you with a free late check-out until 6:00 pm which normally has a cost of 80 USDWe sincerely lament reading that your stay was not as pleasant as it should have been, and we would be very pleased to welcome you again in the future ensuring you in advance of our utmost commitment to make your next Xëliter holiday experience an unforgettable one for all the right reasons.

We are sorry to hear that this is the experience you took away from your visit to our property, however, we must clarify that at the time of your stay, the area and the country, in general, were affected by the passage of Hurricane Fiona, the reason why the pools were kept closed since as a company, the safety of our guests in this type of situation is our priority, also, the water and electricity cuts were a result of the damages we suffered due to the passage of this phenomenon, due to this you were granted a considerably low rate to extend your days at the property and not to take risks on the road as you requested being aware of the danger it represented.Regarding the communication with our staff, although communication was indeed lost due to a power and internet outage, it is also true that our Virtual Assistant was in communication with you at all times to keep us abreast of how you and your family were doing, to assist you in everything you needed.Again we regret the inconveniences presented during these days, but a hurricane is something out of our control, we can only work to keep our guests safe and that is what we did, we hope your visit is repeated and can improve your Xeliter experience.We remain at your service.
