"This was a really great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean with good amenities. The bathroom has a nice shower, a bidet, and a deep soaker tub while the bed is really comfortable. Noise wise, in the bed area it was quiet but near the door it was a bit noisier. Only knock was that the shower door leaked a bit, but that is a minor issue that can easily be fixed. Will definitely stay here again. The location could not be better, right on Vitohsa Boulevard which is a happening place with a ton of bars and restaurants within walking distance "

We especially commend Nicolay who helped us with side trip arrangements and worked to answer any questions about food, transportation, etc. however all staff members did their best to help us out. The property is not in the center of town. We used public transport, which is cheap and well-run. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good."

The furniture in our room was a little dated, but it was a very spacious room, the beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was great. The staff were very helpful with good insights on local restaurants and tourist trips."
