I hope that on your next vacation you will find the hotel in perfect condition. The algae (sargassum) is a natural phenomenon that affects us throughout the island and if it is cleaned in the morning, it is only constantly reaching the shore, that is only seasonally, for example, it has stopped arriving and it is estimated that for the Monday the clean beaches are back. Hello, good afternoonDear Mr. Jose, we regret not having met your expectations with the service of our hotel, although some points must be taken into account.1. If there was shampoo and soap, they are only in dispensers in the bathroom, we do not handle individual bottles because San Andres is a biosphere reserve, therefore the issue of plastics is very restricted and the hotel contributes to the ecosystem with this and other strategies in favor of the environment.2. Due to company policies, the bottle of water is only complimentary for the first night. This information is given at check-in upon arrival and the reception works 24 hours for any request.3. We have a Customer Service staff that addresses guests every morning in the morning and never presented any disagreement, much less a complaint to be able to solve it on time4. It's rare that I mention cockroaches since we don't have them at the hotel, because there is a very rigorous control on the issue of pests, however we are not exempt so we will do more control.We apologize in advance for all the inconvenience caused and hope to improve.
