No hot water in the shower, but they have a heated pool. The pool is the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms had flimsy doors that barely locked. They turn off the water every night. No WiFi. TV costs extra. And very far from all the good beaches. Stay away

Services offered in expedia are not delivered in site (no wifi in bedroom nor in most of the hotel). Food was really bad and there is no real place for outside sitting, facilities are old and poorly maintained. Pictures are also from when the hotel was new, now they are struggling after hurrincane, but its really bad.

Most of the hotel rooms in bad condition Food was bad.service in the vip area for the food was cold poor variaty they reapt everyday same food bad service bad attitude they would run out of food in the vip area, the normal buffet area was fuller with big line up but the food was warm. They changed my room and send me to the last building and the last room having to take the stairs 4 floors up didn’t consider correct since I’m pregnant with 31 weeks. My husband tried the licor and it was really bad we think it is fake licor since it’s so common in Colombia for people to sell and make fake licor which is a hazard for human health. The slide was broken jacuzzi too lazy river doesn’t function

The good was delicious, that alone deserves 5 stars. We got to eat in the restaurant on the second floor of the lobby and the staff there was phenomenal. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the rest of the staff. This places needs better administration because it has sooo much potential.

Hotel with good facilities and bad services.
The location of the room well away, almost in the jungle, to top on the third floor. We stayed two days without towels in the room. There are no phones and you have to go to the counter to be able to complain. We requested change of room and the excuse was that it had to be in the morning and when I go in the morning they tell me that they do not have rooms available because they had two hotels of them closed for remodeling. Then I fell down some stairs at the Hotel On Vacation Tower and I injured my left foot and my right leg and asked for another room change because I could not go up the stairs and they refused. Everyday the food was completely cold.

We left after one night from this horrible hotel with its disgusting staff and paid for another hotel, el sol caribe, just so we could enjoy our holiday, which we did! Stay away from blue cove!!!

The staff was unfriendly,the hotel wasn't beach front like advertised it was however on the deep end and the food was not good and flys would land on it so we enjoyed the facilities and just ate out...I don't recommend it if the all inclusive feature is what your going for...

The Staff was not helpful, the room was dirty, our towels never got changed, we received 1 bottle of shampoo after staying there 4 nights, The Food wasnt good at all and we decided to leave the Hotel early because it was just too far from everything and Dirty and our experience there was being very unppleasant . Even though we complained the Hotel didnt do anything to make it up and we lost money because we had alreay payed 9 nights there. I would never go back.

Shoking experience & very poorly customer service. Dinner place dirty, food display with minimum rate in health and safety. We never saw the dessert. Coffe not available at all, drinks not available as promised. Small bar with only 1 person attending, long queues. Sink broken in the room, lights not working. The maintenance person promised to come back to fix everything and we are still waiting. Absolutely traumatic holidays

HELL IN PARADISE
what a terrible experience we had. We arrived at 10:30 A.M. to find out that check in was at 3:00 P.M. and not the normal 1:00 P.M..wow...we did not get our room past 6:00 P.M. The same day we try to get them to reset the combination lock box but that didn't happen until the following day in the afternoon . From day one our refrigerator didn't work..and it was not replaced until the third day after i went to the front desk screming in total frustration. The day we arrived we had no towels. and they were hard to get . After three days i asked for some fresh ones (you had to ask....and get upset about it in order to get this basic item). Forget about pool or beach towels,they just do not exist in this "ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT".. Pretty much nothing ever went right at this place and food was nothing to brag about with roaches taking a pick here and there. The way this place is run was shown the day the national team was playing Argentina.. it was an afternoon game and they had it set up at the lobby for the guests to watch it .. Im guessing there were about 75 to 100 people at the lobby drinking and waching the game..No even one person was assigned to this area for housekeeping...?.the place was filty and it still was at around 8:30 A.M. the next day when we came down for breakfast..I have been in San Andres many times and I love this Island and when i first arrived and saw all the new beautiful construction in this hotel i though i had made a great choice.BOY I WAS WRONG!!

Poor service. No hot water in the shower. The sink was broken. Empty minibar. Bad food. San Andres is in general expensive, but the service here were exeptional poor. The staff where not friendly, they charged me twice; the promised me to meet the manager everyday, but all the promises where broken. I ran into the manager by luck. She gave me my mony back. Sill, one should expect more paying this much.

Ratón muerto en los jacuzzis
El hotel en términos generales está bien, la atención es buena pero les falta limpieza ya que en las piscinas pequeñas encontramos un ratón muerto que se notaba que ya llevaba ahí varios días, esto hizo que no volviéramos a usar este servicio de piscina, nosotros sacamos el ratón de la piscina y le informamos al pie uñero quien lo botó a la basura, pero no sabemos si las cerró h las limpio ya que esos animales tienen muchas enfermedades

Pésima hotel, mala atención, mala y poco variedad de comida, las instalaciones son viejas, la Puertas de la habitación se abrían sola, no tenía control del aire acondicionado, era frío o caliente, el hotel está bastante lejos de la ciudad, no tienen lugares de hidratación ni buses de acercamiento, pagamos por wifi y no había señal en todo el hotel. Al final no atamos por un servicio que no fue dado completamente, las comidas las teníamos que comprar afuera, ya que se agotaba antes de la hora del cierre del almuerzo. El bar malo, la cerveza un saco y lo servían en vasos chicos y la lata quedaba abierta, un asco.

No me gusto nada, las fotos en la pagina son de 10 años atras, la calidad de la comida muy mala y no varian, la dejan acabar y no la reponen facilmente no comes nada, no hay agua en las habitaciones, no te dan control para encender ,apagar o cambiar la temperatura, el control de tv no sirve tienes que pararte para cambiarlo o apagarlo, el personal de servicio no es nada atento, Recomiendo a Expedia dejar de ofertar este hotel. NO LO RECOMIENDO

El servicio en la recepcion es bueno ..pero la gente que trabaja en los servicios de la cocina te hace sentir que estas pidiendo limosnas la comida es pobre sin gusto ......cuando se acaba algo no lo reponen siiguen repartiendo solo lo que tienen y cuando uno les preguntan contestan de mala forma......me fije en una oportunidad cuando una supervisora le comocomentaba a las demas personas lo que queria las otras personas no la miraban con una jefa o una persona de autoridad puedo que se podia apreciar que las personas de ma s edad no le hacen caso. En mi caso mi cuarto se en contraba en el ultimo edificio de la propiedad y el alumblado en las escaleras era pobre .............las fotos que expedia muestra como para promover y publicitar el.hotel son muy diferentes , hay muchos lugares que necesitan mantencion a muy corto plaso ......camino a los patios de comida en el area donde el pasajero camina tiene una puerta de concreto en piso que esta muy peligrosa por la diferencia de nivel con respecto a resto de l area de caminar aproxima.damemte 4 centimetros y ademas en noche no tiene buena iliminacion .....me tropese muy fuerte mente en otra opurtunidad por el calor me salio sangre de naricez estaba yo en la recepcion y personal de recepcion veia lo que pasaba y nadie me ayudo ademas los ontainer de papel toalla se en contraban vacios el dia que llegue el dia que me paso el sangrado de nariz y cuando me fui siempre vacio ppdri seguir con esto por mucho rato mas

Pésimo prácticamente todo tuvimos q cambiarnos de hotel no teníamos habitación desde q llegamos a pesar de estar pagada y reservada esperamos más de 7 horas para la entrega no fue la habitación q reserve y pague estaba sucia la comida todos los días l misma y nunk alcanzaba en fin en vez de desetresarme nos estresamos más con mi esposa hasta q nos cambiamos de hotel

El último día se rompió un caño del baño, se inundó toda la habitación, se mojo el bolso y parte de la ropa y sólo ofrecieron arreglar secar la ropa sin ningún tipo de resarcimiento económico. La atención siempre fue muy buena.

Una estafa! Ni lo deberian ofrecer!
1. Sobrevenden mucho y acomodan a su antojo. Eran las 10 pm y no tenian habitaciones disponibles. Grupos grandes los trstaban de meter en menos habitaciones que las que habian comprado. 2. Comida: asqueroza( no hay otra palabra para describirla). Si algun dia me imagine como era la comida de una carcel, esta era. Lo mas triste es que veia tanta gente conforme con lo que daban que no caen en cuenta q la comida no es regalada, usted esta pagando por ella. Ademas no cumplen los horarios ni sacan suficiente comida para tanta gente. Los que se quedan sin comida les va a hasta mejor, por no meterse esa basura al cuerpo. El que le parezca buena esta comida es porque nunca ha viajado. 3. Aseo: Gas!!! A simple vista se veia limpio. Como ya habia leido tanto comentario levante las sabanas y estaban llenas de pelos del huesped anterior. Menos mal lleve mis sabanas y cobijas. Venia preparado psicologicamente. 4. Ubicacion: Lejos de todo, la playa mas cerca es san Luis y la caminada es de 40 min yendo. cada taxi es 35mil minimo y los buses funcionas hasta las 8 pm aprox. CONCLUSION: No se deje tumbar! Si quiere ir a San Andres pero no puede pagar mas que esta basura,o busque apt y lleve sandwiches para comer o no venga. No se amargue sus vacaciones. Lea los comentarios!! La unica razon que vine fue porque me invito un familiar todo pago y creame que si me volvieran a invitar todo pago ni asi volveria. Ya estan cambiando el nombre a Continental en vez de On vacation, para seguir estafando.

el hotel esta super descuidado en sus habitaciones y áreas de recreación, humedad en los techos, bombillos quemados, pocas opciones en la tv, regaderas en mal estado, poca gente prestando el servicio hotel atendiendo a los huespedes, lo cual hace que se hagan largas filas, la comida debería ser mas variada y las áreas de recreación están algunas fueras de servicio como el jacussi. La atención es regular, debido a que hay poca gente atendiendo para la cantidad de gente que recibe este hotel. Deberia tener este hotel por lo alejado del centro y del aeropuerto un servicio de traslado para los huespedes. En general no lo recomiendo para vacaciones ni para nada. pesimo. El personal hace lo posible por dar lo mejor sin embargo, no dan abasto, no es fuficiente, las chicas de la recepción son AMABLES.

Ese hotel es una porqueria primero muy lejos del centro 2, la atención de las personas q atienden ni saludan y no le dan habitación al llegar ala madrugada segundo le dan otra q no es ni tuallas ponen la alimentación terrible arroz con huevo no hay variedad,ni fruta dan les digo q salimos decepcionados de aya nunca volveremos ni recomendaremos

1. Nos entregaron la habitación tres horas después de la hora acordada. 2. Tres días después de nuestro check-in nos dieron toallas. 3. El sifón del lavamanos se rebosaba. 4.Muy mal aseo. 5. El servicio del comedor muy deplorable, no había agua ni suficientes cubiertos por lo general. 6. Carece de un administrador que soluciones estos problemas.

We check out the day after of check in because no water no hot water the service was horrible still waiting on the refound. We did the claim At the hotel and they say that they was going to send the money back but until now nothing also nothing at the room just the TV, the AC that didn't work and the bed
