This hotel was a disappointment. For the money we paid, the room could have been better. At least there was a separate living room type area with a couch. Also, this hotel was way far out of the way. The only reason we stayed there was because they were pet friendly. The water in the area was also very hard, and I hate trying to wash my hair and it feels like the shampoo isn't washing out...but that;s a local thing, not necessarily a hotel thing.

I have stayed in this Staybridge many times on business trips & quality is still as good as it was on first visit. Very convenient for my needs. Lobby has a welcome home feeling.

Not worth the hassle

I stayed at Staybridge when I decoded to stay am extra day and my other hotel has no rooms left. After I arrived I was told I had to wait nearly an hour for them to clean my room. I will give them that they had a sign out for help, so being short handed can explain little customer service, but cleaning rooms should be a priority. Also I realized after leaving that the cost of the room has shown up 3 times on my card, once from hotels.com as expected and two more times from the hotel itself.

Nothing more or less than you might expect from this type of lodging. For this amount of money I could have stayed in very nice accomodations in another town. $479 for two nights. OUCH!
