Pros: It was just over $150 for a three night stay.
Cons: Cleanliniess and proper training.
Location: It is about two blocks away from the Alamo/Riverwalk (well within walking distance).
New employee was not properly trained and the management on duty did not seem concerned with making sure that the new employees knew their job function. I was almost charged twice for my room stay along with a handful of other guests apparently. My room was not available until after 5pm even though I made a reservation and check in time is supposed to be 2pm. I was staying at the location for 4 days but my room key was deactivated on the first day. Clean towels were never available until well after noon even when I called and requested clean towels a day in advance due to using the ones supplied to go to the pool with. The AC unit did not seem to keep the room cool very well and the shower curtain had an unreasonable amount of mildew on it that could have easily been treated with bleach and water or replaced.

the swimming pool was not clean--green waterPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: The desk people
Cons: the pool
Location: on a busy street but close to shopping mall
it was very hot in San Antonio and we were unable to cool off in the pool.....as we were leaving they roped off the pool but they had not closed it the previous days when it was green and contaminated.

Pros: Location was excellent.
Cons: Air Conditioner did not cool very well.
Location: It was within walking distance to the Alamo, Riverwalk, and other attractions. Not too far from the zoo either.
Air Conditioner didn't work too well in the afternoon, but was okay during the night. Hotel's location was close to everything.

nice hotel close to riverwalkPosted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: the convenience to all downtown areas and the price for the hotel was reasonable
Cons: the only unsatisfactory issue would be the parking, sometimes we would have to park farther away from our room location. My suggestion would be to num
Location: you have the whole downtown area easily accessible and restaurants too.
nice place to stay because it is close to the river walk. everything is within walking distance.

Good location and pricePosted Jul 25, 2014
The room was completely acceptable and convenient. When we got there the air conditioner had already been turned on so it was nice and cold when we arrived. It was walking distance to the riverwalk, only a few minutes and we were at the Alamo. Not a fancy hotel, but great for being on a budget!

Not Worth every cheap penny paidPosted Jul 17, 2014
AC did not work, room was very hot! Hair on sink and shower tub meaning was not cleaned. Not safe to walk to river walk, homeless and money beggars bother on way to or from hotel.
