This property exceeded my expectations. Very reasonably priced, outstanding breakfast that was included, comfy beds, and wonderful, hot tub, and swimming pool indoors.

Upon arriving I was greeted by the most wonderful and friendly lady! My room was perfect and housekeeping was so good to me! I was in town, alone, to visit my son while he is in tech school at Lackland. I never felt afraid or unsafe coming and/or going from the hotel. I will stay here again!! Thank you for everything! Clean and comfortable. The curtains weren’t dark and the room was too lit up when trying to sleep. A/C worked excellent but sounded like a fan blade was bent and hitting the shroud. Very noisy. The staff was polite and even though there was a “security” officer my truck got a white shoe polish dot on the back windshield on the driver side. My wife was scared to death all weekend we had been targeted by criminal activity

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The down part was the establishment itself. The rooms were dirty looking with the bathrooms not wiped down or the rooms vacuumed and the bed frames were stained and dirty. The original room we were assigned to had a toilet that leaked all over the bathroom floor while we were gone, there were at least 2 outlets that were not connected to the wall and still live and some of the lamps didn't work, which made the room a bit dark. The staff switched us to another room and the outlets in that room were just as bad, but little more cleaner. Overall, if the colors of the rooms need to be changed to a lighter, brighter color and it would help a lot to make the room more brighter and cleaner feeling. The electrical outlets need to be maintained by attaching them to the walls and have working lamps/lighting. Completely disappointed on the upkeep of the hotel.

I choose Best Western so I could attend my Daughter Graduation. But that plan changed and we only stayed one night there and got a room on the River Walk. The staff was excellent just the location was to far from everything.

I made a reservation in early February for late March. Realized I had made a mistake and booked wrong month. Expedia would not let me cancel and kept my payment. This was a day after I made mistake, a month before the reservation. Got the run around and feel like they stole from me. Never again will I use Expedia.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Perfect location to attend BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. Amazing breakfast and nice lobby/area to gather and eat for our large extended family. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The A/C in the room didn't work, called staff who never showed up. Breakfast too is very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed and I won't really call it buffet style.

We enjoy our stay on this property. The hotel itself was quite nice. The room and bathroom were a bit dusty for my liking, but everything else was good. The breakfast and available drinks for breakfast were great!

This was our 3-4 time staying here. The bar is never opened on time or at all. The outside seating was not welcoming the chairs were propped up against the table. The shrubs in the front were dry and an eye sore. The mattress is old and has ruts.

I had to be moved to 3 different rooms because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one that I was in. Then around 10pm the Air Conditioning in the second room stopped working so I had to wake my child up and move all of our stuff again to a different room.

It was very close to Base for Graduation, however, room was dusty, the counter under the TV. Our refrigerator wasn't cold when we checked in, so we turned it all the way up. Went site seeing for 4 hours, put our son's dinner in the frig, left to go pick up our parents. Came back and the frig was warm. Been 6 hours, all they said was "pick a frozen item out of the snack area". $16 dinner ruined, and he can pick a hot pocket or frozen Hamburger? The one day we ate buffet, the eggs were warm, sausage patty ice cold-didnt eat it. I killed a cockroach, left a gum wrapper by it so they could "confirm". 2 days later, gum wrapper and dead roach still there. The last 2 days the elevator was also broken,my parents couldnt get a different room. We couldnt switch since we had 4 people, they only had a king bed. So my dad and mom, in their 80's were climbing stairs. Luckily they were only on 2nd floor. The last night we got woken up to a big boom, thought it was military training,but then car alarm went off. Someone broke into a truck outside our room. Do NOT park in the back! The convenience of being close to base was great! The beds were comfy. Those were the plusses. Also, bring your own TP, Theirs is rough! We even heard a child ask if he could just hold it until they got to base because it was soft.

Horrible area! Dirty! Run-down! Rude staff. Everything was broke including the elevator and we were on the 4th floor!

The 1st night it was out of service, we did not have anything available to move you. The next day we offered to move you to 1st floor and you declined.
