Pros: The room was big and handicapped accessible
Cons: Friendliness, cleanliness, organization of staff, pool, continental breakfast was not good.
Location: Location was good. Close to freeways with easy access to downtown San Antonio, as well as the theme parks and other things in and around San Antonio.
The hotel looks better online than in person. Our negative experience began right after we booked on Expedia. The day after, we called the hotel to confirm they got our reservation and that they had booked a handicapped accessible room as requested. They had the entire reservation incorrect. It took several phone calls in which they indicated they might need to charge us more than we paid on Expedia, but they finally told us everything was set up as we originally wanted. However, they failed to send the confirmation email. Two months passed and it was time for us to travel. We called the day before we left, and the hotel informed us they did not have the correct room we had reserved. Several hours later with calls to Expedia for help we finally had it corrected again. Once there, it was okay. The room was adequately clean and comfortable. However, each morning, the maid wanted to come in and clean even if we were still there. Each day we had to ask for more towels, because they never gave us enough, and one day we returned late in the evening to discover the room had not been cleaned at all. Overall, not a good a experience. We would never stay here again.

Internet was very difficult to set up. Sofa in room was worn out and uncomfortable. Trash at back door and sides not emptied often. Breakfast was just OK.

The king suite was large w/separate sitting area. Very comfy bed, full hot breakfast including beans & tortillas, sausage, bacon & eggs etc..Quiet & located near many restaurants & shopping.

Excellent stay for the price. My only complaint was someone smoking down the hall. Stunk up the room the last day we were there. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable with a huge TV.
