I've stayed here several times, and it's always clean and the service is prompt. It's also convenient to restaurants and is across the street from Lifetime Fitness.

“Definitely the perfect hotel for our weekend...”

First family trip w/our 9 mth old daughter. Needed a hotel that would have some extras that a normal room may not have (fridge, microwave, extra room) Also didn't want to be so close to all the downtown hotels & thanks to Expedia, we found this great place. Located off 281 and Loop 1604, I immediately liked the location since it was near a supermarket/Wal-Mart & even a hospital. Area reminded me of Frisco, TX (just north of Dallas) along with the traffic that comes with it. :) Was greeted warmly by the hotel clerk. Room was up on the 3rd floor and they had baggage carts available and an elevator. Vital necessities when hauling all the extra stuff our baby girl needs. Place was very quiet and calm. We were even able to enjoy the slightly chilled pool all to ourselves. Plenty of lighted secure parking which made it easy to get in and out of the hotel. The room was 2 beds and spacious to put our baby's playpen/bed. Bathroom was decent size & stocked with extra towels and toiletries. The microwave/fridge area was very useful for the baby's formula & snacks/drinks we brought. The "hot" breakfast was lacking. I was able to get toast, cereal, coffee but our eggs/bacon/biscuits & gravy were all cold. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay away from the touristy side of San Antonio.

“Awesome Hotel.”

Great Hotel and the Free Breakfast every day was great. Eggs, Bacon, Bisquits & Gravy, Sausage. I will stay at this Best Western again on any future trips to San Antonio. Seaworld was 18 miles away and Riverwalk 15 miles. Walmart & Sonic next door was great too. Lots of restaurants close by.

“A Gem of a hotel”

Awesome find in a hotel. Far enough out of city to be quiet, but close enough to there quickly. Everything you need is located within a short drive from food to even auto repair. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. A little shy on seating area, though. One morning we took our food back to the room and ate which was quite nice. Parking was close to room. A/C is controlled by wall thermostat and worked EXTREMELY well. Ceiling fan also helped. ONLY complaint is that housekeeping came too early. This was a vacation and sometimes we wanted to just relax. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the happy hour in the evenings and breakfast in the mornings. You can walk to Walmart or Sonic.

this hotel was located very conviently for shopping,dinning and all tourist activities. it is a short ride into town,short ride to the outlets and a nice quiet place to stay.

“Surprised ! ! ! Best Western was the Best ! ! !”

I couldn't remember the last time we had stayed at a Best Western, and it was with a little concern that we booked with them. From the time We walked in the door, until the time We left, I felt like We were treated as honored guests. The breakfast was Good and hot, and there was always food there. I briefly spoke with the person who set the breakfast out, and she could almost tell me to the minute when the busiest time was, and when she had to prepare for it. The room was cleaned every day. The people at the desk were very helpful providing both directions, and suggestions for things to do in San Antonio. The passes to the fitness center across the street were like gold if You're a fitness freak. The center treated us like members, and even assigned us a trainer the first day. Each day, when we came in, they greeted us by name, and asked if there was anything they could do for us. Best Western made this one of the best vacations We've ever taken
