Hotel was very clean staff was very friendly i would recommend this hotel to everyone.

its ok if you need to stay with familiy near airport, it was comfortable but the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable, you could feel the sprints all over.

This is the best room set-up for families. The king plus pull-out allows parents to be close enough to keep their kids safe, and have privacy at the same time.

Excellent value, great amenities for a hotel of this class. Staff was amazing , breakfast service was great, will be coming back and recommending to others!

Our family was driving back from Arizona to our home in Florida and wanted to stay the night in the San Antonio area. We booked the hotel through Hotels.com and expected a normal hotel experience. We got way more than we ever expected. The hotel itself was very clean and included an indoor pool for the kids to play and get their energy out after being cooped up in the car all day. The gym was great for my husband so stretch and expell his energy as well. We were able to order room service late but there are also several places to eat in that area. The room itself was HUGE! There was a king size bed as well as a pull-out couch for my kids with two separate tvs. The whole experience was great! We plan to stay there again!!

Very nice hotel. House keeping needs some help - did not give us wash clothes. Had to call front desk. We also had dishes from breakfast that we left in our room - they did not remove them - we had to call front desk. And maybe a little to much chlorine in the hot tub - our suits lost all of there color. I know it is hard to clean the carpets in everyroom all of the time - but we walked around in our room stocking foot - with white socks - the bottoms were filthy. Location was great - parking was great. They just need a little help with house keeping training.
