Pros: Location
Cons: Parking great location. Good choice of restaurants and entertainment.
We arrived at 10:40 Thursday night. We were met by a Parking attendant who was very polite and helpful. I asked about a cart but was told they didn't have any. The ice maker on our floor was broken through our 3 night stay. I reported it the first morning there. Valet parking price is a little high since there is not an alternative for self parking close by. That's all the negatives. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean. We did find some cereal under the edge of the bed.

Nice hotel close to all the attractions!

Posted Jul 7, 2014
The location of the hotel was wonderful with the river walk just right around the corner. We were able to walk to the Alamo and catch a bus to market square and pearl brewery. The hotel itself was in very good condition. We didn't use the pool but could see it from our room. Very small pool and patio area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They seemed young and rather inexperienced but were always respectful and outgoing. The room was small but adequate. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room but it was comfortable and clean. The AC worked well and it was handy having a mini fridge to stow drinks and snacks. The city of San Antonio itself was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there very much!

Nice hotel close to the riverwalk

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: The rooms were nice
Cons: better housekeeping services
Location: The Riverwalk was close by
No breakfast included, no easy parking option except for valet, and poor housekeeping once we were there. The housekeeping didn't leave enough towels, vac the room or replace the dirty glasses, or leave new cups to replace the used ones, etc.

Don't get too excited!

Get ready pay $31 extra per night for parking. Don't plan on any pool fun - they used a wide angle lens to shoot the pool - it's basically a large bath tub. Don't bring any movies, cuz there is no DVD players in the room. Don't think you will be able to rent an online movie, they don't offer that service. Don't expect anything more than an "I'm sorry sir" when you complain about anything. Upon checkout, all I heard was complaints from people as they checked out.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent stay at the Courtyard San Antonio Riverwalk. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, without it we have no way of getting better. Please accept my apologies for the challenges you encountered with your final bill. Due to the hotels downtown location parking availability is limited, the hotel does charge guests $31 per vehicle per day for valet parking. I will be using this opportunity to ensure the hotels staff as well as our website in properly listing this additional charge. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to San Antonio in the near future. Sincerely, Dinesh Rao General Manager

Not worth $262

Posted Jun 5, 2014
Pros: Nothing. Will not stay again.
Cons: Price.
Location: Riverwalk
This was our mothers day weekend trip. Not worth the money. SOO Disappointed. Hotel interior was cheap and room was cramped. I've stayed at other hotels on the riverwalk that were much less in price and a lot nicer. Had cheap, worn interior. Felt like a one star Motel. On Mother's Day, we walked the river walk expecting to reenter from the lower river walk entrance, but when we returned the door was locked. Since we had baby strollers, my husband went to the front desk and they said it was closed. So we had to climb a flight of stairs with strollers and babies to enter the upper entrance..... Additionally I booked the "XPZA" Deal and was supposed to get a USD50 gift card and a Welcome bag from Northstar and La Cantera Malls with coupon book. That did not happen, they had no clue what I was talking about... Not doing staying there again.

We were In San Antonio visiting my son for a extended Memorial Day weekend. The staff, facility, and location was perfect for our family. I will definitely visit again and stay at the Courtyard.

Overall a very pleasant experience.

Everyone on the staff were very pleasant & helpful. Right on the river walk. Access to the river walk added to the stay. This hotel is close to all the fun stuff but, around the corner from the hustle & bustle.
