Nice hotel

I kovex the free breakfast n how i can use the kight that sits over the microwave for a night light for my son. I enjoyed coming back to clean hotel and a made up bed each time. Next time im staying longer

Hotel was very nice and clean. It was under renovation to put a starbucks in the lobby which is plus when its all said and done.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Cleaner room and check the chlorine level in the swimming pool.
Location: Sea World.
Bed was uncomfortable. Ants in the bathroom as well as in the carpet. Swimming pool was small and the smell of chlorine was overpowering. Breakfast was decent.

Expected Better

The hotel was under renovation and we were not aware of this minor inconvenience until we're checking in, in front of construction workers and tarps. The room was super small and they only had one movie channel (HBO) and an old 1990s TV set. They have only 1 washer and 1 dryer for dozens of customers and the closet mascarading as a gym doesn't help. The indoor pool was almost as small as my two year olds plastic one. In all, I have paid less ($140 a night) at better hotels for amenities and better service.

Great experience and great location! Front lobby was under construction but was not a bother during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: Personnel should be more knowledgable. Dont do construction when there is going to be painting and fumes with ppl present like it is nothing.
Location: Movies and restaurants but it is annoying since you have to get on the interstate to get to places them go all the way back around to get back.
Bed was NOT comfortable like the other courtyard hotels it was hard and no gel or foam overlay, just a reg hard mattress. I didn't not get very much sleep over the 3 nights there. The hotel person was new or something and not very knowledgeable with questions telling me I couldn't do things that the other ppl said I could, having to tell her I could do it like staying an extra night w/o paying through expedia. She was trying to tell me I couldn't when the room wasn't taken then they had to tell her I could. On top of it there was construction going on inside the lobby and fumes from the paint was in the hall and especially in the elevator making me nauseous since I hadn't eaten in awhile when I encountered it the 1st time. After complaining about it She told me, sorry. That was all. That was just one thing and there seemed to be something each day. I would and will not stay at this hotel again in this location it was just to annoying.
