“San Antonio Hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. If we travel to again we will be staying in the same hotel. We were treated like we mattered to the staff. The restaurant had excellent food and service. Thank you!

“Good location for an overnight stay”

Great location and easy to find from the airport late at night. The bathroom tub/shower had some mold on the grout but otherwise a great room. It was very quiet for being on I-410.

everytime i am in san antonio i stay here,always happy with everything ,the rooms are very nice ,they even have shuttle service or in my case i needed to go to the airport very early in the morning, no shuttle service at mid morning but no problem they got me a taxi to the airport and even took care of the fare,they will even take you to the mall that is close by just give them a call and they will go back and get you................

Above average among the cheap chain hotels. We arrived at SAT at mid-night so it was a good place to rest before driving out in the morning. Cheap, clean, comfortable, and quiet even though our room faced I-410. A very good value.

The hotel, although not much to look at from outside, is AMAZING on the inside. We had an amazing room, lots of pillows and extremely clean and quiet. Hotel staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. The location is right by the airport but isn't noisy at all. Its a very relaxing hotel. I'd definitely stay there again and again!!

“Above and beyond”

I only wish I'd spent more time in my hotel room! Very well furnished: kitchenette, fridgette, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, super thick plush towels, covered parking at no extra charge; not too near the airport, not too far. Only complaint: hotel restaurant was minimally staffed in the morning resulting in slow service. Won't keep me from staying again.

“Great Value”

This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway and easy access to tourist sites. The hotel was completely remodeled recently and has a contemporary/asian/zen/urban feel to the decor. Hotels in other cities like this would cost double the price. The service at the front desk was a bit lacking but fortunately, I didn't have to use them much. The restaurant staff was friendly and efficient.
