Pros: The staff was pleasing.
Cons: The rooms could be more clean.
Location: Hwy 90 San Antonio
The bathroom was dirty, they didn't empty out the drawers on the dresser there was still someone's clothes in there.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fresh and good. The room was clean but the noise of the air conditioner was loud, and the traffic noise from outside came right through the window. Other than that it was OK. It would have been better if it had a laundry room.

Across the Highway from Lackland AFB!!!!

Pros: All staff members were extremely nice and ready to please!!
Cons: Room smelled like wet carpet, dresser drawers do not work and plug in the bathroom went in and out
Location: Lackland AFB, Sea World and Riverwalk
Central location-- Lackland AFB, Sea World and Riverwalk. All staff members were extremely nice and ready to please!! Hotel had minor issues, but overall I would definitely stay there again.

Get what you pay for

Close to Lackland to see son graduate, night desk young lady on thurs night check in awesome. Facility is old in decent enough shape but needs a ton of cleaning. Under bed in 155, dust bunnies size of mice, enough crumbs to feed a village in Africa and a possibly empty condom box. I didn't bother to check. Better then my living quarters in Iraq, but I got paid to be there.

I was impressed, staff was great, our tv wasn't getting the cowboys game even though they tried to fix it and so they opened an empty room to allow us and our graduated airman a place to watch it in comfort, that's going above and beyond! Thanks

Very convenient to Lackland

I would rate this hotel as acceptable. It was fairly clean (though there was a bit of hair left in the shower from the previous occupant), and the hotel staff was very nice and tried to be very accommodating. However, the rooms are extremely outdated and very small. I shared a double bed room with my elderly father who is quite large in height and stature. The tiny "closet" bathroom is simply inadequate for privately bathing and dressing. But, if you're looking for value when traveling for BMT graduation and you don't plan on spending much time at the hotel, this place may be the ticket for you.
