The beds were horribly hard

Disappointed it wasn't even so much the hard beds it's just with everything combined definitely won't book there again, water in the shower took forever to drain we had to wait and the light above the sink didn't work it kept flicking on and off. The room had a moldy smell but the worst part was we asked for no housekeeping JUST clean towels and we didn't get them; the front desk never answered ...and the ice machine didn't work... the noise from the train...not what I expected from a Days Inn

The lady who I think is the wife of the owner and her son were really kind but the father ...lookout... And if u eat breakfast u better do it fast because u are getting rushed out of the dining area in the morning..... Train runs right behind hotel feels like u live near subway in New York....

Pros: La habitación estaba en condiciones aceptables de limpieza..
Cons: Su imagen externa, dar mejor informacion a los clientes, y mantenimiento de las luces del anuncio para poderlo localizar e identificar mas facilmente
Location: Fui a una pelea de Boxeo en el Alamodome, que está cerca de la zona del Rio que es un atractivo turístico..
No recordaba exactamente la direccion del Hotel y llegue a uno que estaba apenas del otro lado del Freeway y en sentido contrario..La persona del mostrador me dijo que no estaba registrado en ese Hotel, y solo me dijo que probablemente era el que estaba del otro lado en sentido opuesto, regresando por donde habia venido.me pase de este pues tenía el anuncio con las luces fundidas(era de noche obvio), pero mas adelante me encontré con otro Days inn. Paré y pregunté y tampoco estaba registrado en ese.Se comunicaron a un tel para pedir información y les dijeron que en toda el area de San Antonio no había ninguna reservación con mi nombre(lo que no era cierto)y para venderme otra estadía me dijeron que tenian cuartos disponibles y que me podía quedar ahí, lo rechazé y sabiendo que si tenía reservación pagada por tres noches, abandoné el Hotel y procedí a buscar el hotel donde yo sabía que tenía reservacion, me regresé, y resultó ser el hotel del cual me había pasado por tener fundidas las luces del anuncio.procedí al front desk y con mucha seguridad les dije tengo una reservación por tres noches pagadas, buscaron en la computadora y asintiendo con la cabeza me pidieron mi identificación, me registré y me dieron mi tarjeta llave..Lo que me parece deshonesto es porqué en el tel gratuito de los Hoteles Days inn aseguraron que no había ninguna reservación bajo el nombre de Carlos Alberto Valenzuela..o Carlos Valenzuela, en toda el area de San Antonio Tx, cuando esto no era cierto??

Icky feel

We were asked if we wanted a smoking or nonsmoking room. We requested nonsmoking. We got the room key and notified them we had a dog.a d paid additional fees. The room smelt like a cigar bar and had burn marks in all pieces of furniture. Only 2 if the 4 lamps worked and the tv was in and out. I was told I could not change rooms due to pet. Never again.
