Great business hotel. Restaurant menu could use some work but everything else is great.

Booked 3 rooms had a great price thru Expidia 6/3/12, you have to pay for parking $10.00 a day. still worth it. Close to the river walk 20 min from sea world. Beds are great. We didn't eat at the hotel.

It is close enough to everything and far enough from noise and traffic. Excellent service from staff. Rooms were extremely clean and very comfortable. Great value for my dollar. This is my place to stay while in San Antonio.

Hotel was very nice all around. The staff were very courteous - clean pool - fast room service and LOVED the sleep number beds and complimentary cookies.

My stay at the DoubleTree hotel was great! The hotel was in a great location, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. During our stay, we visited the River Walk, the Alamo, Historic Market Square and several other historical sites. All of these places were within a 15 minute walking distance of the hotel. The hotel also has a free shuttle that leaves on the hour each hour and will take you downtown in about 5 minutes. A few times we caught the city bus at the bus stop located just out the front door of the hotel. The cost to ride the bus was $1.10 per person. Parking at the hotel costs $10, but if you have handicap plates or placard, parking was free. The only complaint we had is the $10 charge to use the internet. Most places today, including McDonald’s, has free internet. The DoubleTree in San Antonio is a wonderful place to stay and I definitely would recommend it to my family and friends.
