It's a decent property that could use a refresh. Breakfast has a good variety of food and plenty of seating.

Very nice hotel. Loved the breakfast and the evening drinks and snacks. Exceptional. Room was very nice. Staff were excellent. Kids loved the pool. Only complaint was price. Got a little gouged because of the eclipse we thought. But otherwise great stay.

Wow- I've never stayed at a Drury inn& suites before. What a pleasant surprise! Check in. Couldn't be easier. The room is immaculately clean. The bed is comfortable. The managers, dinner comes with drinks and was a wonderful surprise. I'll be back!

Free breakfast AND dinner!! Would have given 5 stars if the breakfast choices changed daily. Dinner was different. Nothing fancy like hot dogs and pulled pork sliders but hey it’s free. Also has free popcorn at night. Rooms clean and spacious.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms, pool, lobby, bathrooms were clean. Breakfast and kickback was wonderful. This location was a little noisy with the interstate traffic, but we got used to it. The only suggestion I would make is to put trash bags in the cans in the rooms.

We stay here often to go to appointments at University Hospital. It’s clean and comfortable. I like kickback hours where they serve a free buffet. They good breakfast too. The staff are very courteous.

The first time I ever encountered a hotel stay that fed you breakfast and dinner DAILY! Let alone three free complimentary alcoholic beverages a night. The staff and facility was very nice. Don’t wait, book now!!

The location was convenient. The staff was very nice and the hotel was in great condition. Also, the provided meals and snacks were a nice touch. Cons: The staff was friendly while checking in. However, I left a parking pass for my daughter since we would be gone when she arrived. When she got there, the SAME staff member told her that she didn't know what she was talking about, didn’t have anything for her. Then, I got a mini lecture on how they couldn't be leaving papers on the crowded desk.

We stayed as a family of three over spring break, just exploring the city and this hotel really exceeded expectations! Our room has a king in the bedroom and then the door closed and beyond that, there was a living area with a pullout couch, bathroom and a small kitchenette (full size fridge/freezer, microwave, small coffee maker, since counter space.) the doors all were good at keeping light & sound out so our son could sleep on the sofa bed and we could stay up later in the bed room, there was plenty of space and storage! Even the small blow dryer was more powerful than some hotel ones - I was very pleased! Outside of our room I was very impressed that the complimentary breakfast included hot items and there was a large selection like waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, oatmeal, etc. in addition to breads, cereals, fruit, yogurt, etc. and in the evening, there is not only a happy hour reception with soft drinks, beer, and wine, but that includes liquor AND plenty of snacks that could easily be dinner like hot dogs, nachos, salad, mac n cheese, pulled pork sandwiches, popcorn...I was really blown away! Everyone was very friendly and I thought the property was well maintained. Parking was free and behind a barrier, you had to key in and out at night, so it felt secure. We frequented the indoor pool, it was POPULAR during spring break and a little rowdy bit of course it was. We enjoyed it though and, given how busy it was and everyone tracking water throughout the hote

Property is dated and I'm need of renovation. Air conditioner was loud and made a weird noise. Bathroom was tiny. Really tiny. Elevators were scary because one of them barely worked and made noise. Breakfast was not good. The kickback was nice on the first day. The second day the did was horrible. Drinks were amazing though.

We got a suite, and the AC on the living area would not regulate with the thermostat. We were using the cool function, but the living area was throwing hot air. Called the front desk and they said they would take a look at it after check out. seriously? Horrible

I like the location of this hotel and the service. However their cleaning lady did not replace the bed sheets for one of the beds in my room. I found a TV remote control hiding inside the bed, and hair and other marks. I requested another set of bed sheets from the front desk and replaced it by myself.

On Tuesday they tested the fire alarm 5 times with the first three being on for an extended time. There was no prior notification to guests that the alarms would be tested and I see no reason for the number of consecutive tests. Very loud
