San Antonio gem :-)

Cons: Parking spaces were not big enough; also, please add bacon to the breakfast buffet.
We very much enjoyed our two-night stay at this Drury, our first with this chain but definitely not our last. The building is beautifully restored, very large space in the lobby where they provide breakfast and also hot food/drinks in the evening between 530-700 pm. The rooftop pool/hot tub area is also very nice, we took some great pictures of well-lit buildings from the rooftop right before dark. Great access to the Riverwalk with all its restaurants, boat rides, shopping etc. A note about the parking: spaces are very small and high-priced.

Wonderful hotel

Pros: Free breakfast and dinner. Also the fact that you had to use your room key to get in to any entrance. Keeps the riff raff out.
Cons: Not anything. The staff was fabulous.
Location: This was directly on the river walk so everything to do is within walking distance
This hotel is right on the river walk. We had a king size bed and I can honestly say that the bed and the pillows were probably the most comfortable out of any hotel I have ever stayed at. There is a free breakfast every morning and not just a continental either and a free dinner every night along with (3) free alcoholic drinks every night. I have stayed at many Hiltons and Embassy Suites over the years and none of them offer that great of a deal. Oh, they have a roof top pool too which was pretty cool. I will definitely stay at a Drury Inn again.

Cons: The furniture in our suite was drab and dated. Also for the price of this suite the towels need an upgrade. Towels at my gym are softer.
Location: Excellent location right on the river walk. Short walk to market square.
Overall a nice hotel. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, the free happy hour and food in the afternoon and the free soft drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Our suite had a nice balcony overlooking the river. Although the river walk is beautiful and there are a lot of things nearby to see and do there is also a large homeless population in the area. My friend and I (both being female) felt safe walking along the river walk after dark but not in the surrounding areas. Just something to be aware of.

Great hotel on the river. Super customer care.

Pros: Facilities, cleanliness, comfort, and service.
Cons: Maybe, but I can't think of anything right now.
Location: On the San Antonio riverwalk not far from tourist attractions. We stayed here during fiesta. Good location to see the river parade.
This hotel is a perfect location on the San Antonio river. The room was in good condition, spacious, and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included, which is not common at riverwalk hotels. Happy hour at 5:30 pm included. We have stayed here before and we love it.

Nice hotel on Riverwalk.

Great room WITHOUT a view. Staff were friendly. I wish they had a mini bar option. I loved the fact they had washer/ dryers located on premises because while on vacation you can run into any obstacle. I didn't care too much for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash so I would advise bring your own!! Nevertheless, I look forward for my next visit.

Nice Hotel on the River Walk.

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: I liked the location on the River Walk and it had easy acces to the river as well as eating places.
Cons: Bathroom floors dust behind toilet and door and in corners. White towels were a little dingy and not as soft as they could be
Location: River Walk. Walking distance to the RiverCenter Mall, the Convention Center, The Alamo, Wax Museum
The hotel was nice, the staff very friendly and accomodating. The hot breakfast was good as oppsoed to continental breakfast. I enjoyed the complimentary kick-back hour which included sodas, water, coffee, and alcholic beverages. Snacks were also included.
