Beautiful hotel with old charm

Posted Feb 26, 2015
Situated on the river walk. In the center of all the main attractions of San Antonio. Loads of hotel facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. The 5:30 pm kickback is amazing--no other hotel that I know of, offers anything like it. Unbeatable value for money. Since this stay, we have decided to stay only in Druary hotel whenever possible.

Great Location, Would definitely stay again.

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Service, Meals and drinks included.
Cons: Nothing, My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it
Location: In the heart of the riverwalk. Can enjoy most of downtown san antonio on foot.
My Girlfriend and I came here to get away from brutal Chicago weather and it was 70's in San Antonio daily. First off this location is on the riverwalk which is primetime in San Antonio for eating/entertainment/you name it, second is breakfast and dinner and 3 drink are included with your stay which is $$$ in the bank. saved us a few hundred and the food was good. The people that worked here were exceptionally nice too. Lots of history here to read up on. The bed was cozy and shower pressure felt good! Honestly dont have one bad thing to say about Drury Plaza. Also there was rooftop pool and two jacuzzis on the rooftop like 24 stories up... I didnt know that until I arrived and that was Great too.. Def would recommend.

Great hotel, excellent location!

Having two resorts that are the same made it a little confusing at times, but overall we had an excellent stay here. Great location, rooms and staff. The breakfast and kick back every day were awesome and saved us a lot of money :)

New tower isn't good option with pets

Posted Feb 3, 2015
The new tower isn't a good option for pet owners, due to the walk to and from a green space. It's a trek and a maze that involves taking two different elevators. Even then, green space for pets is very limited around this hotel. Other than that, great!

Great hotel with history, perfect location/views

Posted Jan 27, 2015
The Druri is a great hotel, it is perfectly located with access to riverwalk. It also has great facilities, a happy our with free drinks and food as well as a nice breakfast. The views from the suite I stayed in was great (I could see the laser show on the cathedral from the living space, the suite was large and very well accomodated. The only thing I noticed that I disliked is that the furniture is a bit old, I think they need to change it. But alfter all it is not a big deal, it was not bad at all.

Everything needed

Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Free hot breakfast, free afternoon snacks, free high speed internet
A nice hotel just a few blocks from the convention center, right next to the Riverwalk. Not as grand as the Hyatt, but it has more personality. Nice, woodwork, very clean, and the free hot breakfast, the free late afternoon snacks, and the free high-speed internet are all I needed for a very comfortable stay.
