Room condition was very good

Posted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: The size of the room, cleanliness and condition
Cons: Maybe some new furniture in the lobby. For such a grand space, some more attention to the details would be helpful.
I stayed only one night, took a walk on the river. Hotel is in a central location

Once again a enjoyable stay on the river walk

Posted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: quite , comfortable and close to everything
Cons: open bar in the afternoon
only 2 issues , 1 there is no place to sit and wind down after coming in from the riverwalk at 10:00 pm at night . attempted to get a soda from the lounge area and it appears hotel staff that were working had children running around eating popcorn out of the machines with their hands . I do not believe this is what should have been going on with guest waking around .

Three days in San Antonio

Posted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: Breakfast and and evening drinks and meal is provided
Cons: Hotel has 6 elevators. On our last evening after the river parade, all elevators were down. Not sure how people made it to the 23rd floor.
Location: Basement access to Riverwalk. Easy walk to the Mexican Market Square. Churches and museum near by.
Great location; we walked everywhere. Valet parking at $21 per day was a bummer. Staff was very friendly.

Great location, lots of extras

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Loved being able to walk out the door and be right on the river walk. As always, having breakfast and afternoon snacks is a huge bonus! While we were in San Antonio, it was exceptionally cold and I found the heat hard to control and there were no extra blanklets in the closet, but I'd happily stay at a Drury Hotel again.

Nice hotel with slightly old fashioned feel

Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: Comfortable and spacious. You can definately feel the bank from a previous era.
Cons: Large queues for elevators, not really sure if all of them were in service
Well situated on the riverwalk, staff helpful and friendly

It was wonderful. We stayed on the 14th floor that faces the church. Everything was perfect. We will be staying there again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.
