“dishonest”

I booked a hotel on Expedia. Now, I want to complaint the disgusting hotel--Econo Lodge - San Antonio (218 S Ww White Rd San Antonio, TX 78219 USA). Two days after I checked out, they fined me 20$ and the reason was that their hand towels were missing.This is increadible. I had and used my own towels all the time. They are too dishonest and disgusting. I even never saw the dirty towels they mentioned dishonestly. Could you tell me where i should complaint this hotel? thank you. I will stop every one i know to stay there.
