Keep Going.....Posted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: Close to the freeway
Cons: Curb appeal and maybe some security
Location: It next to a McDonalds and gas station. We went to downtown San Antonio but nothing to do close by for the kiddos
Hotel is close to the freeway but lacks customer service and tourist appeal

Just dirty. Nasty. Stains on chairs, carpet, tub. Used soap left in shower. Shower didn't drain. Never again.

Not worth the moneyPosted Mar 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel room was dirty. The baseboard was peeling off in the bathroom and the shower was moldy. The air conditioner in our room didn't work. The staff did try to fix the issue but were unable. The front desk clerk gave us a list of restaurants that delivered food to the hotel but neglected to mention that the service stopped at 7pm, we had checked in at 8pm. Basically this hotel is not worth the money. I would search around before settling on this one.

A Bed to Sleep InPosted Mar 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
All I was looking for a a bed to sleep in for a decent price and thats just what i got. I was more satisfied with this hotel than i have been with more expensive ones. it was clean, the location was convenient to not just one but two locations i was in town for in opposite directions. and on top of all of that we received free breakfast. im not saying this place is a five star resort but I was very satisfied.

the room looked as though it was not even cleanedPosted Mar 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
The end table was sticky still had ring of a cup. There was a room key card from previous person. The tv do not work we ask for a discount for that they said No. The carpet was dirty. This motel needs to be shut down. It was not worth $140 a night. Prices are outrageous. Highly not recommended. Rather sleep in my car its alot cleaner than this place!

Cons: Breakfast quality and availability during the breakfast hours, hire people friendly staff that would show some respect for the guests
Location: The location close the freeway allow you to reach downtown in 10-15 min, and the wonderful Botanical Garden in 15 min. Walmart is just 5-8 min away
I chose it because of its location, because it was offering continental breakfast, and was cheaper than other in the area. I was disappointed in the room overall state, and because once I start running the fan in the bathroom a bad smell of cigarette smoke came in the room…. It was disgusting…. The pluming in the bathroom had big holes around the faucets and I guess the smell was drawn through the wall, power outlets from smoking rooms… The box cover sheet was torn and it exposed an old and ugly bed box. It was a lot of dust in the room and made me wonder when it was last time the room used or cleaned for that matter. The next morning we went to get some breakfast around 8 AM and… There was no coffee, no paper napkins, the orange juice taste like it was made 50/50 with water, I put some wafer mix in the machine to at least eat some fresh made wafers, but once I got them out and taste it, it tasted like old dough… It was nobody at the reception desk, but when I showed up near the desk, the receptionist came out of the back office dressed like in PJ like slacks with sleepy eyes. He didn’t great me he was just searing at me. I ask him for napkins, he went in the back storage like a zombie, grab napkins, put them in the breakfast room where my wife was and disappeared in the back office again….
