It is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay - just wish you could get your own ice and not have to wait on room service!!!

Beautiful hotel placed in an excellent spot!Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: The staff were very helpful and the facilities were beautiful.
Cons: If you could give us the number to your landscape architect and lawn care company!
Location: The location was prime for what we were needing. Spent one day shopping at La Contera and The Rim and the next we took a little ride up to Boerne.
What a nice all around experience starting with the staff all the way to the facilities (room, pool, bar and restaurant). Definitely will be spreading the news about our experience at Eilan to friends and family.

Food and beverage director was terrible. Rude. Reason for never spending money there again

My niece felt like a Movie Star herePosted Jun 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is incredible. The decor is incredible, it felt like a high end hotel you see in movies or see in NYC. One night was not enough. just a few issues, 1-elevator seemed to be having a problem, the elevator announces when a door is opening and closing and it would get stuck on the closing part Freaked her out a bit (because of the elevator announcing)so we learned to just let that elevator go and waited for the other one. The hall way was very warm for some reason. 2- conflicting information regarding dining hours/places. Overall the hotel was great, and any issue we had was minor. Don't be worried about the hotel being in the same place as apartments. The apartments are very nice and you do feel like you are in a little city. Nice place to walk around at night. You also share the pool with the apartment residents, but again, that wasn't a problem. Also, just FYI - there is no trolly at this time. This place is amazing and i recommend it to anyone who wants to get away and escape to a luxurious hotel I gave a 3 for maintenance due to the elevator and warm hallways and a 4 for hotel service just because of the conflicting information around dining options/times.

Gorgeous - Super Close to Fiesta TexasPosted May 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was beautiful and we had the best time. The rooms aren't huge but they have everything you need including a roomy shower and bathroom area. There are two pools - one inside and one outside that we put to good use. It's super close to all of the shops and activities in the Rim, and you could literally walk to Fiesta Texas if you don't mind a slight jaunt and save the parking fees.

Nice locationPosted May 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was beautiful and in a nice area. They seemed to be short-staffed in the restaurant and bar area. Other than that, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Spa Resort for the FamilyPosted May 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
We booked this hotel to get away and relax, but I didn't realize that Six Flags is across the street and that the property is so large that in order to self park a golf cart had to pick us up. The room itself was gorgeous and very comfortable and the work out facilities are worth checking out.
