Nice and quiet

Pleasant stay. Comfortable and elegant rooms. Loved the bathroom! Customer care.... Room for improvement. Staff seemed careless, uninterested. This was our second stay and service was the same on both occasions. The beautiful room made up for the staff's flaws :)

Pros: Beautiful facility
Cons: Water flow in sink
Location: Good location ,easy access to fun activities and restaurants
Everything was great except the light switches in the room were confusing and very low volume of water flow at sink, otherwise a very nice experience

Perfect weekend getaway! The hotel is inside a village. Shops, bars, restaurants everywhere. Staff is outstanding and the rooms feel like never having left home.

Nice hotel, but NOT a good value for my money

Posted Dec 19, 2014
Pros: Upscale feel, nice amenities close by.
Cons: Value for the money. Self parking is a ridiculous hassle, rooms are small.
Started off with a pretty poor first impression. Having never been there, I followed the signs to the parking area (I HATE to valet). I ended up in what appeared to be a small overflow lot, with no visibility to the entrance to the hotel, but with a sign and a phone number to call the hotel for a shuttle. Excuse me?? A black Escalade was also circling the lot. What I thought at the time was another confused traveler. I stopped to call, and the other vehicle drove next to me (thought they might roll down a window to ask if I knew what the deal was), but then passed and drove off. Well, that turned out to be the shuttle driver. I have NO idea why he didn't stop to inquire if I needed a ride. When he returned to get me, I explained how confused I was, and asked if this was always the way the parking would work. Yes, he said. And then, as we drove off, he said "So, first time staying here?" ((face palm)). "Ummm, yeah. Thus why I was clueless." Once in the hotel, and checked in, I headed to my room. Only two small elevators for this huge hotel, so had to wait a few minutes (even though it was dead). Walked in my room to discover that 1) the room (a deluxe!) was tiny; and 2) the view from my window was onto a rooftop. Although I will admit, the room itself was pretty and well furnished. I returned to the front desk to ask if they were full, and might have a better view. They were not full, and the nice young woman provided a room two floors up, looking OVER the roof.

Great Views

Beautiful stay for our honeymoon night. We enjoyed our massage very much! The only minor thing that bothered me were the two girls at the front desk spa. They kept talking to each other whispering in front of us. They seemed young and didnt have good customer service skills. Made the spa experience not so special. Other than that we loved it!
