Elevators with disco lights!

Staff were not exceptionally welcoming - except the bartender. Toilet was leaking. Room smelled stale. Bed was not comfortable, but there was a lot of space. At one point only one elevator worked and it was extremely slow. When the 3 elevators did begin working, the lights inside them blinked incessantly for at least 12 hours. We waited for a shuttle to the airport for 25 minutes as they only shuttle every 30 minutes. (Odd for an airport hotel). At check-out there was a pile of something brown on the floor on front of the desk. No attempt was made to clean it during the time we were there. The evening reception was nice, but breakfast is only offered after 7:30 on weekends so we could not enjoy that. We did grab a muffin on the way out - it was tasteless. I was disappointed overall.

Free breakfast for a family of four! Affordable rate through Expedia 2 days before our planned vacation. Excellent service.

Ok Hotel Close To Airport

Pros: Liked the location.
Cons: Hate how complicated it was to get to from the main road.
The room I stayed in had a mold/musty odor. I had to leave the door open to minimize. Glad I was only there for 6.5hrs!!

Only advantage, close to airport.

Pros: free transfer to airport.
Counter was ok, helpful. Room was one of the worst I'd ever stayed. Smells terrible, untidy, bed looks like used from the guest before. WiFi must be paid (more as 10$ per day), but transfer to airport was for free.

Centrally located

Pros: Awesome room, at a good price.
Cons: Waiting line for the complementary breakfast, was very long. Could never log in the the complementary wifi, even with the code provided.
Stayed over the weekend and hotel must have been pretty close to capacity. Enjoyed the stay would would recommend it to others.

The hotel was near the airport which my kids loved watching the airplanes but we were not disturbed by the noise of airplanes at all. It was also clothes to movies, places to eat and places to shop. Location was great for my family. Staff was friendly, we enjoyed happy hour and breakfast. We ordered room service from the restaurant one night and the steaks, chicken strips and chocolate cheesecake were all great!

We had a nice rest at the hotel. We left the car for 5 days because we had a trip to NYork and they were very kind in the service. Thank you so much!

Family hotel

Good family hotel. Not very clean and it's very old. Needs an urgent refurnish. Good location but need more attractions like outside pool and more arcade games. The breakfast good'

Hotel great, Parking lot not so great

Pros: The breakfast was way beyond what we expected. The extended pool hours were great after coming in late on a long hot day.
Cons: More handicap parking at the front of the hotel. Some additional security cameras in the back lot. Some maps to help going to and from the hotel.
Location: The location was a little difficult to get to initially, need some better maps to show guest how to get to some of the dining and attractions.
The hotel was great and the staff made every effort to accommodate our requests, well beyond what was asked. The only issue we had was with our vehicle parked in north parking lot (back of the hotel) on the last night of our stay cause there wasn't enough handicap spots for us to park at the front of the hotel. Well, our vehicle was damaged (2 door locks punched out) during a successful/unsuccessful break in (nothing was found to be missing but we aren't sure). We were informed by some staff that this is an issue during the last and first week of the month, so one would feel that they would have increased security or additional security cameras to deter or catch the individuals. This was the only disappointment to a very stellar stay.
