Can the cleaning staff count.

Had to repeatedly call down stairs for extra towels after requesting four towels had to call down stairs for of all things toilet paper which was not replaced. Had to wait two hours for blankets and pillows for the third and fourth guest. Terrible sofa bed when was the last time mattress was replaced.

Super nice. The only thing that bothered me was that the coffee maker had leftover eater in it n packets of sugar were old n hard.

Smoking

First night was bad. Had asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room and asked for another room and there were not available had to wait the next night. Other than that it was great.

Noisy and Bad Bed

Did not sleep well; mattress needed replacing as it would sink in the middle. Bfast bar was good except for the prepping begins at 5am and noise throughout from moving tables etc for 630am bfast service. Hotel has not changed since i last stayed 15yrs ago.

The room was big. Had problems with the restroom the plumbing was off. It was really small. I expected something more nice.

good location but dirty

Cons: cleanliness!!!!!!!!
Location: perfect location. next to a go cart place, shopping, food, river walk, fiesta texas!
the staff was very pleasant and helpful. when we got into our room (smoking), it was horrible. Its like an ashtray. it smelled like they never spray, change the filters in the vents, or curtains. We had to spray cologne and then get housekeeping to come spray to make it smell better. We left the balcony doors opened all day and it still smelled horrble. The towels we used all had someones hairs on them. Disgusting!!!! We found a teddy bear under one of the beds that belonged to someone else! Housekeeping needs to step it up and do their jobs! This is too nice of a hotel for the rooms to be that disgusting!

Nice hotel not far from our destination

Pros: The breakfast was so filling and fresh.
Cons: Needed bigger elevators.
Location: The hotel was directly off the highway and only a few minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Sea World.
We had a great stay the room was nice and big, and the breakfast was amazing.

Elevator broken

Elevator was broken which made it chaotic since the hotel was full of Spring Break guests. Room stated there was a balcony, but when we arrived we realized it was tiny- really only one adult could stand outside.
