Spring BreakPosted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: Breakfast was great as well as the evening bar and snack bar!
Location: Almost everything was in walking distance. And the bus stop was at our hotel for the few places that were to far to walk!
This was a great place! On the river but just far enough from the main hustle and bustle. The breakfast was way more than we expected, and the evening bar and snack bar were great. These two amenities off set the parking fee. We had a great experience .

Very nice hotel right on Riverwalk.Posted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: Quiet even though it is just a few steps away from all the action on Riverwalk. The valet parking was really well run. Breakfast crew = excellence.
Cons: The beds were lumpy and the two free drinks were watered-down.
Location: Riverwalk, the Alamo, Market Square, IMAX, great sampling of restaurants and bistros, area attractions and the airport very close by.
Clean, friendly, really nice breakfast included with an awesome team of waiters, watered-down drinks but free, quiet, well-run valet parking, spacious room (ask for one with a balcony for the fresh air) and right on Riverwalk! Hopefully, you will get the chance to hear Toro Flores play his guitars in the lobby on a Saturday night.

Lost roomPosted Mar 13, 2015
Booked through Expedia and while I had confirmation for 3 rooms, they only had 1/3 and 2/3 in their system. They were sold out and couldn't accimodate the 3rd room. They did call around and find us a 3rd room at another hotel. Expedia had checking listed at 3 and the hotel said it was 4. They did have 1 room available at 330 but the other room wasn't ready until after 6pm!!! Other than the check in issues, the hotel and stay were fine.

Overall goodPosted Mar 13, 2015
Good location - near the river walk but not actually on it so can bypass some of the crowding/craziness. Free breakfast is quite hearty- loved the "to order" omelette station. The not so great- staff initially didn't honor the request for 2 rooms to be near each other. The initial check in response was " no availability" but after stating this was requested a month ago when initially booked... The rooms were available(?). Also, rooms were comfortable but the construction noise till midnight was audible and annoying to say the least. Small heated outdoor pool which the kids enjoyed after a day walking/sightseeing.

Great locationPosted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Location, ease of parking and an interesting restaurant attached through the Lobby. Nice breakfast buffet too!
Cons: Room should be ready close to check-in time!
Location: Right above the Riverwalk and not far from the Alamo.
Noticed several people sitting in the Lobby when we arrived. Our room was not ready until 5:30! Made me wonder if it was an ongoing issue. There is an arrangement with the parking valet to store luggage which helped when the room wasn't available.

Nice hotel, far end of the RiverwalkPosted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast! Comfortable beds!
Cons: Location of evening reception was so busy and overflowed into the main lobby area, difficult to get to the front desk to check in.
Location: Location was at the far end of the Riverwalk. Wasn't close to shopping, restaurants or bars on the Riverwalk.
Too far from the restaurants, shopping and bars on the Riverwalk. Nice and clean hotel. Stayed on my the 8th floor in a corner suite and heard the noise of traffic on Friday & Saturday night.
