I was attending a convention.Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Everyone was cordial and very professional.
The hotel was a stone throw away from the site. Needless to say the breakfast and the brisk walk were good with each other. After the sessions the hotel's amenities were a godsend. Thanks.

Some rude staff but not all.Posted Jun 26, 2015
This place was a mad house upon check in and a certain level of stress in the desk staff would be expected, however, Gia was rude, rude, rude and just did not care to help me in anyway. Disappointing since we have stayed here multiple times.

Nice hotel. Close to main Riverwalk.Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: We liked the location. It was clean. Complimentary breakfast was nice.
Cons: Include the parking cost and tax in with the room rate so there are no surprises at the end.
Location: River Walk was close by. Highway was close by.
The hotel was nice and about a 5-10 minute walk to the main River Walk. The only thing we weren't crazy about, was the hotel parking cost a lot more on top of the room cost.

15th birthday visit for daughterPosted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: The manager's reception offers great appetizers.
Cons: nothing that I could think of.
Location: The riverwalk is close by as is delicious restaurants.
It was raining the whole time we were there. When an employee found out it was my daughter's birthday, she went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. She brought us a free movie coupon, a bucket of goodies, and even had the kitchen staff sign a homemade birthday card for my daughter. Way to go, Megan. She is awesome.

Pros: It was very pretty and right on the river.
Cons: make sure there are enough towels, wash rags, and toilet paper IN THE ROOM. We ran out of all...and service was rather slow bringing what we needed
Location: The riverwalk is right out the back door.. The Alamo and Market Square within walking distance. Trolley stop is right out the door.
Good experience. Stayed three days and had a wonderful time.

Wonderful hotel on the far end of the RiverWalk.Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: Everything. We were totally pleased with the facility, staff and amenities.
Location: Towards the end of the Riverwalk, making it very quiet and peaceful, yet convenient to the water.
Great service and amenities, especially breakfast. A very good value. We would definitely stay here again.
