“Loved it!”

We enjoyed our stay, although I would not recommend San Antonio in the heat of August! This hotel is a less than a block from the San Antonio River - not on the River Walk, but only a few minutes' walk along the river to shops, restaurants, and music. We asked and were happy to receive a corner room - from the 17th floor, we had a lovely view of the river and a park nearby. We did not make it to the evening receptions, but enjoyed breakfast each day with made-to-order omelets and any other breakfast choices we would want. The room was quiet and clean. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Eggs cooked to order and everything you can imagine for breakfast was available.... Also.... First hotel I've stayed where I couldn't hear through the walls...... Nice and Quiet!!!!

“5-star Service”

Our entire family of 5 spent 4 nights at the Embassy Suites Riverwalk and thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The location (on the riverwalk), the facility, and the confort of our room were all up to our expectations, but the service and friendly staff were, by far, the reasons that I am impressed. The daily breakfast was a big hit with our family. The staff made us feel welcomed at every turn. Even our 7 year old son commented on how friendly everyone was to him. If I am ever in San Antonio again, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel! We loved the location on the Riverwalk. We were very impressed with the room, the breakfast, and the manager's reception. The valet service was nice and reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

“An Amazing Hotel”

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My husband, 3 month old baby, and I stayed here while my husband was on his four day pass prior to deployment and the hotel really made our stay memorable! We had an amazing time! All of the staff is very kind and helpful. Someone even set up the complimentary pack n play for us, where other hotels just left it in the room and we had to put it together. The location is great, walking distance to the Alamo and shops and right on the riverwalk! Our room was fantastic! It was clean and comfortable and I couldn't ask for anything else. The pool and whirpool are on the roof of the 3rd floor and they're both kind of small, but most hotels are. I wasn't thrilled that they only offer valey parking and it's 27 per day but i noticed a lot of nearby hotels are the same. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, I loved the omelette station and buffet. I've never had such a great FREE breakfast at a hotel. We also ordered from room service a couple of times and it was great, especially the chocolate cake! Just a hint that the tip is already included in the room service bill so you don't need to tip the delivery person (or at least we didn't). I would definately use another Embassy Suites because of our experience here! I would also recommend using Expedia to book the room because they offered the best price, even better than the military rate!

Beautiful Hotel. Extremely convenient if you want to enjoy the Riverwalk, great restaurants, and sight seeing in the historic city of San Antonio. Loved it!

Wonderful hotel, great location and view. The breakfast was wonderful and every need that we had was address immediately and properly. The hotel was clean, well kept and all the employees were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was sitting directly on the riverwalk and was within walking distance to the river boat tour and to many restaurants.
