The Club Room and its garden: a spacious room with a piano and magnificent fireplace, is the perfect venue formal banquets; The Club room has an adjacent garden where the party can be set. The Dining Room and its terrace: our Dining room and adjacent terrace are perfect opportunities for guests to enjoy the Old Hacienda life style. It is a perfect place for a Rehearsal dinner. The Miradaor Terrace: offering a spectacular view of the Alhambra-inspired gardens on one side and active Volcan de Fuego on another, The Mirador Terrace is a very special retreat: a venue for a cocktail or private dinner at sunset. The Rancho Jabai: we can arrange a private picnic near the Epazote lake. The Yellow Bar: elegant and Mexican style with antiques and beautiful arts & crafts, opens up to the main gardens & fountains. This room has a very relaxed at home feeling and is lively with classical, jazz, Mexican, R & R and house music. Private dinners in the most beautiful spaces of the Hacienda: near a fountain, gardens, balconies, etc.

The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or nearby; fees may apply. Mirador Climb, trekking the Volcan de Fuego, massage and beauty treatments, bicycles. Activities at Rancho El Jabali: nature walks and bird-watching, there are so many interesting species of flora and fauna, specially birds, in the 4,500 acres of Rancho Jabali. Our guides will meet you at the Hacienda entrance at your preferred time for 1.5 to 2 hours of adventure. (Best time for this activity is early morning or late afternoon). For your comfort: good walking shoes, and a cap are recommended. Binoculars are available, bring your camera. Horseback-riding: ten Azteca horses provide a wonderful riding experiences. Mexican western saddles are used. There are a number of trails both for the novice to the more experienced riders. Ranch - driving tour: picnics at the ‘El Epazote’ and ‘Calabozo'. Coffee-roasting and cheese-making: our coffee is organically-grown at the Hacienda and in Rancho Jabali. A firsthand experience of the coffee growing processing and roasting operation can be arranged. Coffee from this farm has supplied the German Imperial family at the turn of the century as well as the guest of New York’s renown hotel, the Waldorf-Astoria. Each tour includes a coffee “cupping” or toasting. We welcome you to tour our cheese farm/dairy where the organic cheese tasting is also offered. We recommend a departure time of 10:45 AM. A car and driver will be waiting at the Hacienda entrance.
