Between San Antonio activities and Schlitterbahn this hotel was well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very Nice Hotel

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed for 5 days. The rooms were very clean and kept clean during our stay. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. There is a mall area across the road with plenty of shops and restaurants. We would definately stay here again and would recommend this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very good and changed daily.

Clean, new hotel with friendly staff!

The hotel was new, clean and contemporary which made it aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast area was comfortable and clean; the breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was the shower head pressure...very low. Otherwise, happy with the room. The indoor pool was fine as far as indoor pools go (we are not "fans" of indoor pools though). Location was excellent if you are traveling to both downtown San Antonio and Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels. Also there is a huge shopping center very close with every store you may need on your trip as well as plenty of restaurants. Access was also good. The front desk staff were also very warm and friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel!

It would be nice if this hotel had a conference room, however that being said - when I don't need a conference room, this is my favorite place to stay on the North side of town.

Most wonderful hotel stay

This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Not only is the place new and clean, but the room is big! We stayed at the king bed executive suite and it has a 50"+ big screen TV and can swivel to the left or right of the room (it is above the office desk), a living room with sofa that I would actually sat on, and a functional kitchen area fully equipped. For those of you who are budget conscience, the best thing is that it won't break your bank!

For the price I expected a cleaner room. Our bathroom was dirty the shower had a big goopy drip of someone elses shampoo, and it needed to be dusted. I also was not fond of the forty dollar deposit they charged my card after I checked out. The breakfast was wonderful but the service was lack luster and just ok. For the money I could have had a better experience at motel 6.
