This is probably my favorite Hampton Inn! The room was very clean and nice. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great!

Great weekend stay!

Pros: The young man that checked us into the hotel on 10/10/2014 @ 5:41 was extremely professional.
Location: The San Marcos Outlet Stores are nearby :)
We were there for a Collegiate Cross Country Meet and the stay was wonderful. We've been to other hotel chain facilities and we were truly impressed with our Hampton stay.

Facilities are nice. Unfortunately Room not cleane

Pros: Layout, and overall feel of the hotel is nice.
Cons: If you aren't going to clean every room everyday, then don't plaster signs all over that you do.
The building and staff are nice, but when you hang signs all over the place claiming every room gets cleaned with fresh linens everyday you should follow through. I have stayed in budget. billed by the week hovels that did not offend me as much as seeing their promise plastered on everything about how they clean every room everyday, and then when I walk in with my wife and Grandkids on a room that was untouched. A call to the front desk got us fresh towels, but no adjustment to the bill was even offered. Your mileage may vary, but I wont be back.

Cons: That there are three Hampton Inn motels in same general area, and we wound up at wrong location!
Positive experience. Location near tons of restaurants, shopping mall.

Everything was perfect here. The employees were very nice and helpful. Our room was way better than expected. Also the hotel is closer to sites and restaurants, and was very easy to find. Overall I had a great time here!!!

Cleanliness was outstanding:)

This was our mini vacation to Seaworld San Antonio...and we couldn't of had a better experience. The rooms were very clean and the a/c worked great. The beds were so comfortable, not to mention very clean ( I checked everything, trust me...) I also loved the location...it was off the freeway and close to everything. The staff was very friendly....and did not seem upset when I requested more pillows & towels. I will definately stay here again when I come to San Antonio!!! Great Experience to say the least!!!!
