“Great Location”

The hotel was very close to the Alamo and Riverwalk, less than 2 blocks away. It was very clean and all staff were extremely helpful.

“Best breakfast ever”

Loved the breakfast, good price for the hotel, close to all attractions, bus stop is a block away, extremely quite, even thoug it was full of teenagers. We went down to the lobby to get coffee around 2:00 am everything was quite Staff very nice, made sure everybody was happy free parking what else can you ask

“Good value”

Good value. Rooms are well maintained but common areas could be kept cleaner and show signs of significant wear. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is transitional but location is convenient to Alamodome and Riverwalk attractions and on-site parking is a definite plus for easy access to and from other areas of the city.

“It was alright.”

Our stay was pretty enjoyable, but had plans to stay in one night and watch TV. No movies available to buy nor a DVD hookup to watch a DVD. We had a child with us so it was a little bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise very clean and friendly, great location.

“Nice clean rooms, great breakfast, free parking... what more do you want?”

My family spent 4 days in San Antonio to attend a convention. Very close to the convention center and river walk. Clean rooms , friendly staff. Free Parking and Great breakfast. Would have liked - Fridge and/or microwave in the room. They have cold citrusy water in the lobby, would have preferred plain cold water..(personal preference). Due to the heat, pool was full Overall, very satisfied and will go back if possible..

“" was ok"”

This hotel is a block or two away from what we wanted to do. So it is close. Over all it was nice and clean, they changed the linens every day, but our bathroom was a little smelly even at first arrival. The beds were so uncomfortable. The breakfast was great. I will consider this hotel again but not sure if I will stay there again.

This area is not stroller friendly, take light weight strollers and be prepared to go out of the way for elevators.

“Ready to Return”

Really enjoyed the accommodations and the appearance of the hotel. The staff was really nice and helped with any questions about the area.

“cant wait to go back!”

Hotel was walking distance from the river center and river walk. Everything was nice and clean. Did not like that cleaning staff left our used towels and did not leave us clean fresh ones. First time I stay in a hotel that does this. Our bed was poorly made. these are minor issues that we can live with. Overall it was a nice hotel and will return.
