Great facility... needs better pillows!

Pros: Everything EXCEPT the pillows.
Cons: Upgrade all the pillows.
Location: Just there on business
Bartender Tony was awesome. He offered us a new drink... Coronarita! Catching on in NorCal like wildfire. The only negative is that the pillows are extremely flat. Definitely needs better pillows OR bring your own.

Pros: Clean, quite, location, the breakfast is to DIE for! Didn't have the dinner.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Great access to anything you are wanting to do in San Antonio!
We stayed here because it was in between the Riverwalk and Six Flags! GREAT location! The staff was amazing, the hotel was beautiful, quite and clean! For the price we received over and beyond service!

Pros: everything
Cons: maybe for me the the bed could be improved. it felt a little too soft.
Location: can´t comment. I didn't stay in the city. we were just passing by for a trip to Philadelphia.
we needed ahotel near the airport, cause we were leaving on a trip from San Antonio. and they gave us the ride to the airport and let us leave our car in the parking lot without being charged. awosem clean and friendly peoaple.

First and foremost the staff was amazing. Very friendly and ready to help with anything. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. My daughter loved the pool and can't wait to come back in June.

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They are too soft and small.

Very nice hotel with paper thin walls.

The hotel was very clean with one exception (Mildew in bathroom....no ventilation). The Staff was excellent. The only real issue was that we could hear EVERYTHING from our neighbors next door. If it was just a normal conversation that would of been OK, but they had a whiny kid who constantly cried. That was our 7am wake up call Sunday morning. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Easy access to HWY 281.

bad hotel service

We came to visit my sister in Texas and when we go to the hotel they had overbooked so they basically kicked us out. They didn't offer to help us even find another hotel in the area of anything. Absolutely one of the worst hotel services ever.
