Gross and unprofessional

Hair on the bed upon arival. Ordered food it was burnt and made wrong. Tony the restaurant manager came to our room got our food. The food was remade wrong for the second time.

Great hotel and great experience.

Pros: It was a good experience all around.
Cons: Breakfast menu could be expanded.
I had to book this hotel spur of the moment due to another one being overbooked and refusing to extend my stay. The hotel is newer and in great shape. Staff was very friendly. The room was nice and my daughters loved the pool. The breakfast was good, but too expensive for what you get. They could do with some more variety, especially for $11/person.

Okay stay.

Pros: Very nicely styled lobby.
Cons: More sound proofing for room and kill the moldy smell.
Location: Convenient to airport, Six Flags and Sea World
Clean room but musty smell. Very comfortable bed, but Atrium style sends noise of pool and dining room straight thru door.

Great facility... needs better pillows!

Pros: Everything EXCEPT the pillows.
Cons: Upgrade all the pillows.
Location: Just there on business
Bartender Tony was awesome. He offered us a new drink... Coronarita! Catching on in NorCal like wildfire. The only negative is that the pillows are extremely flat. Definitely needs better pillows OR bring your own.

Beautiful hotel, close to everything!

Pros: Clean, quite, location, the breakfast is to DIE for! Didn't have the dinner.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Great access to anything you are wanting to do in San Antonio!
We stayed here because it was in between the Riverwalk and Six Flags! GREAT location! The staff was amazing, the hotel was beautiful, quite and clean! For the price we received over and beyond service!

Hard to find but worth it!

Everything was wonderful, room was perfect. We were four, two couples, and we got the room with two queen size beds. My husband is 6ft. Tall and slept comfy. The beds were firm mattress, no foam top, but we like that. The staff were great and very helpful. The only problem we had was getting to the hotel from the highway. My navigation app on my phone led us to it from the highway as if there was an exit. We had to loop around and exit on a road I believe was called Bitters Rd., but it was hard to tell which road would get us there. We could see the from the road but it was in an awkward position behind another building.
