Under Construction

Some of the rooms are under construction, some are renovated, and some are waiting to be. Staff was great and rooms were clean. The breakfast is over priced and was not appetizing. Hot food was cold.

Good, quiet, comfortable. The hotel does not recycle plastic so they discard the water bottles which is concerning for a large hotel chain.

Updating Probably Won't Help

Staff Were Excellent. Facility Is Being Renovated With Room Makeovers But Basic Signage And Maintenance Are Lacking. Glass On Door To Parking Filthy. Door To Same Squeels Like Pig. Overall Impression 80S Trashy. Makeover Long Overdue But Not An Excuse For Current Operation.

Not as advertised

Booked smoking room which both hotel web site & Expedia said was available. When I went to check in, wound my way thru construction materials from parking to lobby, was told indignantly the hotel was non-smoking for over a year... I said "OK, but change web site". Was told it is clear on site this was a non-smoking hotel. I pulled it up on iPhone, showed clerk who informed me my phone was wrong. I pointed out it's not my phone, it's THEIR web site that's wrong and Expedia as well. Called Expedia, they called hotel, said they would credit my card in a few days. I got full credit to my card 3 days later.

Our Wedding night.

Pros: Not a thing at this point. I've had better service at Motel 6.
Cons: Replace the entire staff. It seems that no one takes pride in service or customer care.
I made reservations then called in advance to make sure we got the room we needed. I confirmed a king bed. Upon arrival… they took our payment THEN informed us that there were no kings available. They stumbled around for 15-20 minutes and said all they had left was two "full" beds. TOTALLY WRONG way to treat someone. It was upsetting but there we were…. and they certainly did not make an effort to help us out. I asked for a 5:30 am wakeup so that we could catch our flight. I just happen to wake up and then noticed that it was 5:45 am. NO WAKE UP CALL! I called the front desk and asked to talk to a manager. None was available. I gave our situation to the staff and asked to be contacted. It's two days later… no call.

It is very old It was disappoting, they said in the website that there is plus room, but in fact there wasnt , it was Micriwive and refgregeter,
