SEA WORLD

Pros: Location
Cons: Maybe more shuttles
Location: Sea world was the reason for our visit. Didn't really have time for anything else.
Everyone very friendly. Staff at desk made my check very easy and quick. Room was just right. Clean,and a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows.

Maid forgot to leave shampoo two days in a row. It's a basic necessity that is an inconvenience to run down to the front desk to ask for. That said, everything else was great!

Nice hotel close to SeaWorld with shuttle

Pros: Nice rooms and pool area for kids.
Cons: The resteraunt service as well as food quality.
Location: SeaWorld, Aquatica, only about 20 minutes for the Riverwalk and The Alamo.
Stayed 4 nights with my sons, we have an overall good experience at the hotel. My sons and I enjoyed the pool area as well as the outdoor porch in the evening time. Shuttle service to SeaWorld is an added bonus to not have to pay for parking as that can add up quickly. Service at the restaurant could be better, however there are plenty other options close to the hotel.

Nice hotel with good location, friendly staffs

Really family friendly hotel! Staffs are nice and make you feel warm. We traveled with my two girls. They feel happy. Breakfast buffet was nice and hot. It is not the best but better than most of them.

Perfect for a "staycation"

Pros: Convenience and service
Location: SeaWorld and tons of restaurants nearby!
We drove up from Denton to visit SeaWorld and couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is clean, nice, and the staff go out of their way to help you with anything you need! What originally sold me was the shuttle service to SeaWorld, but we would visit again based on the hotel and the level of service we received!

Wonderful experience!!

Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: Found stale cookies, toys and trash under the beds when we checked in.
Location: Seaworld and Aquatica, Ingram Mall and other shopping centers
Our driver to and from Seaworld is fantastic! Food was good, room service great, pools clean and kid friendly. Room was comfy. Overall excellent, hated to leave!

Sea World Experience

Pros: Nice rooms and close to Sea World.
Cons: Hot Water, or at least notify the residents of the issue,
Location: Close to Sea World and Six Flags. Easy to find.
We had spent the day at Sea World and could not wait to check in at the hotel. The hotel is nice and very close to Sea World. The room was great, but a little too much furniture. We got cleaned up and went to the Sports Grill for dinner. The dinner was good, but getting the meal to the table took quite awhile. We asked about the pool, one of the hosts took us to the pool area. It was like a sauna with a warm indoor pool, but there is an outdoor pool too. The beds were great. Next morning looking forward to hot showers, but NO HOT WATER. Both boilers went out. Wonder if this was the reason the pool area was so warm? The staff was tremendous!! So very helpful!
