Great location, direct access to the Riverwalk. Hotel was clean and staff was great! Tall vehicles will not fit in garage, but off site parking is within a 5 min walk.

Air conditioner wouldn't cool the room The ac was turned on and called for assistance to get the room cool. They gave us a fan in the meantime. Horrible stay

The air conditioner did not work through out our stay. They couldn’t give us another room because they were all booked. Maintenance brought us a fan to help which it really didn’t. Never staying there again.

Front desk was not cooperative with any accommodations you needed and gave an excuse for them being busy and sold out. I had to wait 50 mins for room service to bring a toothpaste. When I called front desk again to check up on how long it’ll take, I was told that they can’t give me a time frame cause they are busy.

Our room was disgusting. Hair all over the bathroom. Hair on the shower wall, in the sink, on the floor, etc…And the floor in the bedroom was dirty was too. Pool was not heated and it was disgusting too.

What I liked was the location, it on the river walk, The views are beautiful. The room was clean. What I didn't like was breakfast. The food was cold and the toaster couldn't warm the bread. They staff verified three times that our breakfast was included with the reservation. The dinning area was well kept and looked over the river walk.

I would rate this stay 2/5. We were extremely close to the river walk and walked around everyday. We were unhappy with our hotel room function. I seemed to develop series allergies while staying/sleeping in the room. I noticed there was mold under the bathroom sink and AC vent. Our shower also did not drain properly and every shower we took, we were in ankle deep of water. Not to mention the dirty/sticky floor if we walked barefoot on the wooden/vinyl floor. Overall we did like the bed and comfortable blankets, but we thought our room amenities could’ve been more clean/nicer

San Antonio stay less than ideal.
When we got there the valet spent most of his time on his personal phone, didn’t bring us a cart when we started unpacking our car until we asked. When we got to the room it was cold and we were unable to adjust the thermostat, called the front desk and they said they would send someone up, we left, so I don’t know if they did or not, but when we returned the the room was warm, we turned the thermostat down when we went to bed, but woke up during the night burning up, checked the thermostat and it was 82 degrees and we were unable to adjust the temperature lower, so the first night was pretty unpleasant, we called the desk the next morning and they sent someone immediately and they made the repair and the rest of the stay was very pleasant. When we got ready to leave I called the front desk and asked for a bellman and a cart, I was told that they only had one bellman, but I could come to the lobby and get a cart which I did.Overall the the stay was good, just not the service we are accustomed to. Also, I guess the cleaning crew came into the room our second day because the trash was emptied, they took the dirty towels and wash rags, but didn’t leave us any clean wash rags, also didn’t leave us any pods for the coffee maker, so no coffee on the morning we left. Probably find a different place to stay on our next visit to San Antonio.
