Cons: I do feel that the breakfast menu & parking fee were overpriced.
Location: Many restaurants & shops to enjoy along the riverwalk.
The hotel & hotel staff was great, clean & nicely decorated. The location is convenient with access to the riverwalk. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor patio by the river.

Wonderful,

Pros: EVERYTHING
Location: the riverwalk is right there and the river taxi to take you anywhere you want to go.
We spent the labor day weekend there and the service, hospitality, staff was excellent. They initially had us on the first floor at the very end near the street, which we were not comfortable with, so they moved us to the 3rd floor with a balcony view, and did not charge us for the upgrade. Also, we missed the river taxi, and of the staff walked out to meet us two blocks away. I love Indigo

On the river walk, tiny pool.

Pros: The access to the river walk.
Cons: A bigger pool & a shuttle to downtown.
We had a great time! Enjoyed the hotel and the pool was great for kids not so much for adults. Room was comfortable and clean, but we did not get the two queens requested. We were placed in a room with a king and a sleeper sofa. It worked out, but never happy about room changes after booking, unless they upgrade.

staff needs to remember it's a service industry!

the room was great. cool wall mural, lots of room, great bed. one bad thing would be the bathroom smelling like a rank inner city urinal anytime we flushed, but it'd go away. front desk staff very friendly, and the room service guy was very nice to us as well. I will say the bottles of ketchup and mustard were empty! and the chips were broken and bottom of the bag. the bistro waitress could barely be bothered with us; same goes for the bartender with dark hair (the blond was nice). better hiring would make this a great hotel.

Nice Hotel, rooms are very clean.

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Super clean and comfortable. Halls were kept quiet also.
Cons: Elevators would take a long time to open and very noisy, and parking area....More light and security, maybe a gate to secure parking lot for its guest.
Location: Downtown, riverwalk, Alamo, etc. (long walk). not ideal if you have small children.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel the room was very clean (super comfy beds ). The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed info. about the downtown area. However, the walking distance to the Riverwalk / Alamo area is kinda far took us about 15 to 20 min. to get there. Not to safe if you get caught late out in the town. The food at the hotel restaurant is outstanding(very tasty) we had breakfast and dinner there. The fitness room is clean and useful if you want to sneak-in a work out. The pool is very small and always full with guest so we passed on that. The elevators are very SLOW..and the parking is across the street which made us uncomfortable walking to and from the car late in the evening or at night. There is not a gate to let cars in or out and we did not see any security persons walking around so anyone can come into the parking area. The parking lot is not well lit up also which made the parking issue the worst part of our stay at the Hotel...
