Citrus - Decorated in minimalist style, Citrus serves distinctive Mediterranean cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu emphasizes local products produced in environmentally responsible ways, as well as ingredients from around the world. An adjoining wine room offers semi-private dining for up to 15 people. The restaurant also offers 24-hour room service. Open early morning to late evening.

VBar - Guests enter this sleek black bar with comfortable leather stools through a floor-to-ceiling chrome chain curtain. Small private seating areas offer hideaways, while the grand stone terrace furnished with teak furniture and large canvas umbrellas provides spectacular views of the Riverwalk and giant cypress trees.
