Party Hotel

Posted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: Very clean on the riverwalk
Cons: Turn down the club music and upgrade he mattress.
Location: on the riverwalk
Hotel has a bar like feel with loud playing club music throughout lobby and restaurants and bar. Room was nice and clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable.

Internet for one device only

Posted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: clean bathroom, nice toiletries and towels. Bed and pillows
Cons: better wifi and available to all devices
The hotel is very clean. I did not try the restaurants at all so do not know how they are. I was annoyed that the internet was only for one device and to log all devices it would cost $10 per day. One of my requirements is free wifi as they mention in their advertisement. I had a 4 am request for Taxi and they did not call for it until after i was waiting outside for a couple of minutes. They should have had told me to call front desk before i left my room.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Location and room decor
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Location: The Riverwalk!
The room was very soothing and relaxing the second you walked into the room. It's right on the Riverwalk. We only stayed one night but I wish it was longer. We ate in the VBar and the food was excellent and so was the service. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Excellent location

Posted Nov 15, 2014
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: coffee that you serve in the rooms was terrible. I LOVE my coffee and that was terrible. Liquid creamers would also be great.
Excellent service, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would suggest better coffee in the rooms and liquid creamers. For the price of the rooms a GOOD hot cup of coffee would be more pleasing.

Nice hotel with comfy beds.

Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean rooms.
Cons: Parking garage is a couple of blocks away and cost $20. Valet is $36, which is expensive. Hotel needs to work on the parking situation for guests.
Location: On Riverwalk. Lots of restaurants and bars closeby.
Our hotel was nice and comfortable. It is located right on the Riverwalk in walking distance to everything.

Pros: Great location on a nice part of the Riverwalk that is just off the very busy part so the hotel is quiet.
We enjoyed our 4 days at the Hotel Valencia. It was well located right next to the Riverwalk and only a few minutes down the road from the Alamo. The rooms were comfortable and nicely designed.

Great location, on the Riverwalk.

Posted Nov 11, 2014
Pros: Close to everything and on the Riverwalk. The bellboys were extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk folks gave us good suggestions for meals.
Cons: The hotel seemed a little dark.
Location: Alamo, Riverwalk and great food. Don't waste your money on the wax museum.
I came to San Antonio to meet with PRMA for a reconstruction consultation (breast cancer survivor). The people in San Antonio are so nice and friendly. The shopping is great and you have visit the Pearl Brewery and the Farmers Market on Saturday. Also you have to go to La Gloria in the Pearl. Amazing food, you won't be disappointed. The hotel was in the best location and the rooms were very nice and clean. I had the best time in San Antonio and can't wait to go back.
