Muy Buena opción de hotel en San AntonioPosted Jul 2, 2015
El hotel es muy cómodo y bonito. El personal es muy amable. Tiene la gran ventaja que da hacia el río. Quizás el único pero es que no tiene alberca

Convenient location to Riverwalk. Beautiful hotel!Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Location to Riverwalk and restaurants, near Alamo and other city sights. Beautiful decor and very comfortable beds.
Location: Many restaurants, the Alamo is a short walk from the hotel
This was the first time I had ever stayed in San Antonio. This was a driving trip from Arizona to New Orleans on the night before we stayed in Ft. Stockton at a Comfort Inn which was a very nice hotel for the price. For the very same price we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Hotel Valencia there was no comparison this was definitely several levels above our stay from the night before. It is conveniently located to downtown, the Riverwalk and The Alamo. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I plan to return to this hotel for a future trip with my granddaughters.

River view not!Posted Jun 30, 2015
Cons: River view room that is a river view. Prior notice about loud bands playing as I am sur it was not a last minute booking.
Our room on the eight floor was listed as a river view and I paid extra for that perk. However I had a roof view of the hotel and anything else close to us. Would not compensate since I purchased online with Expedia:( Also, when we checked in they mentioned in passing a band was playing but that it would not be a problem on the eithgth floor. However we could hear it till 2:00 AM.

Hotel with charm...very friendly, smiling staff.Posted Jun 29, 2015
Cons: We missed having a pool.
Location: We enjoyed walking the river walk, a little shopping at the River City Mall, and Ben and Jerry's ice cream.
We enjoyed the relaxing, quaint atmosphere at the hotel Mexican food restaurant, the bar, and breakfast on the patio.

Not recommended - really bad service for the costPosted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Good location
Cons: Staff service, Food at their restaurant.
Staff was not very helpful. Couldn't make recommendations, didn't even know that their own restaurant didn't serve lunch on Sundays, just at the bar. Had to ask to re-stock mini-bar and bring clean towels. Spent about $50 for two people for breakfast, and the food was horrible. We were very excited to stay at this boutique hotel, but I wish I had stayed in the known hotels like Westin and Marriot. Very disappointing.

Marvelous boutique hotel on the San Antonio RiverPosted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Room Service, food, drinks, right on the river
Cons: I wish I would have been asked if I wanted a room overlooking the river or the court yard.
Location: Because it is on the river walk, there is so much to do!
Just fabulous in every way. Right on the San Antonio River Walk! Had so much fun in the club, and the staff was just wonderful to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nice hotel close to Riverwalk.Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: The location, feel and proximity to Riverwalk.
Cons: No parking onsite... found valet parking convenient. However, this added to expense. Wifi was an added expense... a bit of an antiquated money grab.
Location: Near to Riverwalk dining, walking and entertainment.
Stylish, modern and well appointed. The rooms and facilities were well laid out, functional and pleasing.
