“Enjoyed our stay.”

Every thing was in ship-shape except for a broken toilet seat. We called the front desk and they sent the maintenance man to replace it. The continental breakfast was great. If we are ever back in San Antonio again, we would stay at the same place if possible.

“Will be staying there again.”

The hotel was nice, the staff friendly, the continental breakfast was great! The staff was nice and very helpful. The only thing that couldn't be helped was all the freeway construction going on in San Antonio. So to let other travelers know that the exit to this hotel is blocked off and you have to go a bit further down and take the turn around. Other than that we were extremely satisfied with our stay!!!

“Will return everytime I am in San Antonio.”

The personnel was very professional and polite. The landscape was nice around the pool area. The room was very roomy and clean. The washer and dryer was an added plus. I enjoyed my stay and will return in December for my sister's wedding. I also recommended this hotel to my family.

“Great service, clean, but mattresses could've been better.”

Our family was pleased with this hotel's prompt service and cleanliness. We didn't realize that the mattresses were going to be so uncomfortable. Body aches in the mornings. Hotel should probably replace these old beds!
