Terrible HotelPosted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: On the Riverwalk
Cons: Nearly everything about the hotel needs renovation.
Location: On the Riverwalk; one block from the Alamo
This hotel was past its prime many years ago. I booked it because it was the "Hyatt Regency" and expected a very nice hotel. Not so! This hotel should not even be allowed to use the name "Hyatt Regency." Maybe "Red Roof Inn." Avoide this one if you're looking for a premium hotel.

Great place to stay. Doesn't get any better.Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The view and how close it was to the river walk
Cons: Nothing. Great service.
Location: up and down the river walk is full of great eats and drinks
We had great service. We choose the $35 a day for the valet parking. Was well worth it. Also got a river walk view for a few extra bucks. That is a flip of the coin. Would be better on a lower level. We stayed on the 7th floor. Great people and a good place to stay.

Nice hotel with direct access to the RiverWalkPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Comfortable beds!
Cons: The rooms are a little plain. Color on the wall or something to give it more character
Location: Right on the River Walk. Easy access to all the fun restaurants and bars. Across the street from the Alamo.
Went to San Antonio for a friend's wedding and was recommended to stay on the River Walk. This hotel had direct access which is a major plus. The rooms were clean and the bed is super comfortable (Sealy PosturePedic). The rooms were a bit drab in the sense of white walls; could use a little bit more character. The pool was simple and nice, the bar was great and the food was wonderful. The service is also right on par. Front desk was helpful and friendly, and the cleaning service was great. I highly recommend this hotel for it's location, friendly staff and gives a high-end feel without the crazy price.

Nice walks right to the riverwslk.Posted Aug 31, 2014
We have stayed at this hotel many times in San Antonio and has always been very convenient. Valet is very prompt. You walk out to the river walk, restaurants are just a walk away.

It was a great location within the Riverwalk. Nearby tasty restaurants, yummy margaritas, and enjoyable local entertainment. Just what my husband and I needed for a getaway!!!
