I was told this was a bad side of town and with kids I was obviously nervous but if it were I could not find one bad thing. The hotel was super clean, even on white on white sheets and comforters. Super relived me and my family felt comfortablr. Walked in and liked it from the start. Not one bad thing. Would defenitely recomed.

I can't say enough about the Riverwalk Vista. The attention to detail and the service by the staff was first rate. If you are looking for a coldly impersonal high rise hotel, don't bother. If you are looking for an adventure along the San Antonio Riverwalk while staying in an historic inn full of antiques, historic pictures and a signature aroma and service, this is the place. Great folks!

I was very satisfied with the room. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodated every thing we asked for. The room was kept very clean and none of our belongings were disturbed. I wasn't expecting such a pleasant experience for the price. Highly recommended.

We were in San Antonio for an early anniversary trip, and we usually stay at the Crockett because it is at the back gate of the Alamo and across the street from the Rivercenter Mall. December is always a fun time in San Antonio. The Crockett public areas were decorated for the holidays. Staff were all friendly.
