A real disappointmentPosted Jun 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
We prefer bed and breakfasts to traditional hotels. So we booked this for our anniversary. What a disappointment. First of all it is not a traditional bed and breakfast. The owners are not on site and do not cook for you. This is really nothing more than a house turned into a hotel that serves breakfast. Our room was small and not clean. Paint was peeling off the ceiling of the bathroom. Mold was growing out of the vents which obviously had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was not one chair to sit on in the room nor was there a common sitting area . Food was just okay. Eggs each morning with some meat. Also French toast or pancakes which had been cooked ahead and were cold. This place has such potential but it is obvious it is not getting the care and upkeep it needs. There does not appear to be any pride of ownership.

Very quitePosted Jun 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was nice. I was disappointed about the breakfast. It was cereal and muffins. I figured it would have been better like eggs, omelets, or even waffles. Especially since you have to waite till 830 to eat. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Pros: location and view on the river
Location: too many places to tell ya about at riverwalk!! all restaurants and bars!! nice king william area with a more local feel.
stayed three nights, had great time being so close to riverwalk, and relaxing at hotel patio looking at river and beautiful scenery.

It was great. Hospitable, wonderful staff, adequate breakfasts. Loved the location and being in walking distance of all we wanted to do. Would definitely stay at the Inn on the Riverwalk again! And refer to family and friends.

Great Location, On the River Walk.Posted May 22, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, Privacy, Cost.
Cons: Can't Think of A thing,
Location: Location, Was Within A Short, Walk,of the Museums, And Shops Were Every where, So Much To Do, And Too Little Time.
The Staff At the Inn Made us Feel Very Welcome. The Privacy We Where Shown Exceeded Our Expectations. They Also Had Great Recommendations, On the Sites To See, And How the Best Way to Get Where We needed to go.The Hand Made Breakfast Was The Best We Have Ever Received. And Joe, The Cook Was Fantastic, And Had Every thing Prepared To Perfection , Every Morning.!!
